| This paper takes the retired military officers social role adaptation question as the research object,and aims to explore the practical mode of solving the role conflict between retired military officers in family,leisure and occupation through the use of social work methods,and provides practical experience for retired military officers to meet the needs of social role adaptation.Therefore,this paper used the case work of interview and communication technology to carry out the test of practice service in the selected cases,in the early stage of service,the researcher carried on the social role adaptation situation analysis and the Carlson Family work Conflict Scale survey in the case master,and analyzed the influence factors of social role,including personal,family and social factors.In the course of service,the researcher used the Task-center pattern,constructed the social support network,unifies the retired military officers ’ own superiority and the family,the community and so on social resources,helped the retired military officers to solve the social role conflict question.During the latter part of the service,the researchers conducted a process assessment and a result evaluation of the practical activities.The case practice shows that the Task-center model intervention program can alleviate the emotional problems of retired military officers,transform their social roles rationally,and actively construct their social support network,in order to help retired military officers to solve the problem of role conflict and adapt to the new living environment. |
