Abstract/Summary:
Purpose:In this study,the common female college students in Zhejiang normal University were used to test and analyze the characteristics of plantar pressure in the course of walking and running before and after moderate intensity continuous aerobic training using Footscan plantar pressure test system.To explore the effect of moderate intensity continuous aerobic training on the changes of plantar pressure in the course of walking and running of female college students.To find out the reasons for the difference of stress distribution on the plantar of female college students during walking and running with moderate intensity continuous aerobic training.Method:In this study,the subjects were divided into two groups:the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group received moderate aerobic training for 8 weeks,while the control group maintained the habit of daily life.Before and after the experiment,the pressure indexes of the foot in the intervention group and the control group were tested during walking and running.The test indexes included the peak pressure value,the relative pressure peak force value,and the relative pressure peak force value before and after the experiment.Peak value time,load rate,impulse and relative impulse,and use spss21.0 for data analysis,The effect of moderate intensity continuous aerobic training on the pressure distribution in various regions of the plantar during walking and running of female college students was analyzed and discussed.Results:(1)During walking,there was no significant change in the distribution region of peak pressure and relative pressure peak force in the intervention group and control group before and after the experiment.The larger peak pressure value and the relative pressure peak force value were distributed in the second metatarsal bone.The pressure peak force and relative pressure peak force of the left and right plantar in the intervention group decreased obviously after the experiment,especially in the 2-5 phalanx of left foot,the second metatarsal bone and the fourth metatarsal bone of right foot,the third metatarsal bone and the heel region of the foot,especially in the left foot,the second metatarsal bone and the fourth metatarsal bone of the right foot.There was a significant decrease in the medial heel(P<0.05).During the course of running,there was no significant change in the distribution of pressure peak force and relative pressure peak force in the intervention group and the control group before and after the experiment,and the distribution of the larger area was the 2nd,3rd metatarsal bone and heel.In the intervention group,there was a decreasing trend in most areas of the foot sole of left and right feet after the experiment(P<0.05).(2)During walking and running,there was no significant change in the time of peak power in each region of the control group,but the time of peak power value in the intervention group showed a downward trend as a whole,and the time distribution of the peak power value during walking and running was as follows:heel<metatarsal<metatarsal bone<phalanx bone.(3)During walking and running,the distribution of load rate in the intervention group and the control group was not changed before and after the experiment,but it was still distributed in the heel area.During walking,the load rate of left foot and right foot in the intervention group decreased after the experiment.Especially in the area of left phalanx and the first phalanx of right foot,the first metatarsal bone and the second metatarsal bone showed a significant downward trend(P<0.05).In the 2-5 metatarsal bone and heel region of the right foot,there was a significant downward trend(P<0.05).(4)During walking,there was no significant change in the distribution of impulse size between the intervention group and the control group before and after the experiment.The second,third metatarsal and heel regions were larger in impulse and relative impulse distribution,and the results of impulse in each region of foot showed a decreasing trend after intervention,especially in the 2-5 phalanx of left foot.In the second,third,fourth metatarsal bone and the first metatarsal bone of the right foot and the medial Guadalcanal area,there were significant differences(P<0.05),and there was no significant change in the distribution of impulse between the intervention group and the control group during the course of running.The larger impulse distribution was in the second third metatarsal bone.After the experiment,the impulse decreased in the left and right plantar bottom,especially in the second metatarsal bone of the left foot and the first phalanx bone of the right foot,the first metatarsal bone and the arcade region of the foot(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Under the condition of walking and running,the main stress area of female college students was the second,the third metatarsal and the heel.(2)Sustained moderate intensity aerobic training for 8 weeks had no significant effect on the distribution of peak pressure,impulse and load rate of plantar under walking and running conditions,but it could reduce the peak pressure,impulse and load rate in every area of foot.Especially the main force area.(3)The sustained moderate strength aerobic training for 8 weeks had a certain influence on the time of reaching peak force in the main stress area of the plantar,and the time of peak strength value in the main stress area had a downward trend.
