Since Chinese Economic Reform was take place,rapid development of urban economic has been bringing about many jobs.As the barriers to flow in urban and rural areas are less and less,more and more farmers become migrant workers in city,so that the phenomenon of left behind in rural areas is becoming more and more serious.Among them.the children are the future of the motherland and always the focus of social concern.More and more migrant parents leave their children at home,in the current rural left-behind children problem become more and more serious,strong sense of social concern is caused.Currently,the research on left-behind children mainly focuses on the problems of education,safety and mental health of left-behind children,but little research is done on the social integration of left-behind children.Social work plays a very important role in the current intervention of social issues,but it involves less involvement in the social integration of rural left-behind children.This article mainly analyzes its methodological approach in social integration of left-behind children in rural areas from the perspective of social work,so as to explore the social work service model with practical value,and help rural left-behind children to face life more confidently and optimistically and enjoy a splendid life.This article takes the left-behind children in B village of Enshi as the research object,and specifically uses the literature research method and case analysis method to deeply investigate the problems faced by rural left-behind children in the process of social integration and the underlying causes of the problems.Through a detailed analysis of the subjective integration intentions and objective integration feelings faced by rural left-behind children in terms of social integration,and in conjunction with the specific development of the" Public Welfare Consortium—Helping Rural Residents" project,we will explore how social work stays in rural areas.How children's social integration process should play a role,specifically using group social work and case social work to help rural left-behind children better integrate into the society,solve the problems faced in the process of social integration,and obtain better development opportunities.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.The article introduces the research background and significance of the article,combs relevant literature,lets us know specific research methods and study processes,and introduces the situation of Enshi B village in details.The second part analyzes the social integration of left-behind children in the village.Through field investigations,the issue of social integration of left-behind children in Enshi B village was explored,and the specific problems faced by the left-behind children in B village in the process of social integration were discovered.The third part analyzes the way of social work involved in rural social integration of left-behind children.This is the key research content of this article.In response to the problems faced by the social integration of left-behind children in Enshi B village,the specific analysis of how social work is involved in the process of social integration of left-behind children in B village and its intervention effects.The social work involved in the social integration of rural left-behind children includes case social work and group social work.Social work actively links social resources during the actual intervention process,and it is of utmost importance to establish stay-at-home children's homes and strengthen material living support.Through the intervention of social work,the subjective integration intention of left-behind children in B village has been effectively strengthened and the objective integration has been effectively enhanced.The fourth part is summarized.Put forward measures for social work to intervene in the social integration of rural left-behind children so as to ensure the healthy growth of left-behind children in rural areas and enjoy a more beautiful and splendid life.
