With the rapid development of society,school education has received more and more attention from people.Class management plays a decisive role not only for the development of students and teachers,but also for the development of schools.How to promote the effectiveness of class management is discussed by many scholars.problem.The new curriculum reform and quality education require us to update the defects existing in the previous class management.The traditional class management model is no longer suitable for the current development status.Many scholars today advocate class self-management,that is,students as the subject of class management.Change the previous authority of teachers as the authority of the management class,advocate the enthusiasm and initiative of students,and guide students to participate in class management.Class self-management can not only reduce the workload of the head teacher,more importantly,it can allow students to play their subjective initiative,actively participate in class self-management,and promote the development of students'personality.Students learn self-education and self-reflection in the process of class self-management.The ability of interaction and cooperation as well as self-management skills are greatly enhanced.Therefore,the research on the self-management of high school students' classes is of far-reaching significance.In this study,a case study of NO.1 Middle School Affiliated to Central China Nor conducted a questionnaire survey on the status of self-management of senior high school students,conducted interviews with some class teachers and parents,and conducted part of the questionnaire survey on self-management of students' daily life and self-management of students participating in the class.The status quo and students'investigations on the attitudes and evaluations of class self-management are conducted in three areas.The interviews are conducted in three dimensions:parents,headteachers,and students.The survey found that the existing problems mainly include students'self-management consciousness and low enthusiasm,imperfect class management systems,unclear roles of headteachers,and backward family education concepts.According to the issues,five countermeasures should be proposed:Reform of current class management.Institutions,improve and improve class teacher self-management capabilities,improve students' ability to manage independently,establish and train class cadres,and strengthen home-school cooperation.
