On the basis of predecessors' work,in accordance with the present Chinese reading teaching in middle school,the author put forward the view of "real reading".In Chapter one,the background of "false reading" is exposed.First,the problems in the present Chinese reading teaching are analyzed.The reason why the "false reading"emerges is that:seeking short-term successes and quick profits of education administrators,the lack of mechanism for scientific assessment,and the dilemma produced by the worries in the present.The concrete forms of the "false reading" are illustrated,which include two sides.For one thing,the text is overlooked in the reading teaching.Usually,the teachers emphasize "teaching" "explaining" while despising"reading" and "understanding".For another,in the famous works reading class,the reading done by the students is separated from the directions of teachers.Therefore,the"real reading" teaching is required in Chinese education.In Chapter Two,the implications and theoretical bases are explored.Firstly,according the problems in the present Chinese teaching,the author states the implications of "real reading" and its teaching.The "real reading" is a kind of reading which is natural,numerous,sustaining and practical.The reader reads for needs,for information,for practice,for interest in which he or she can get joys,spiritual cultivation and the training of humane feeling.In the "real reading" teaching,the students must play the dominant role while the teachers should innovate different ways to make the students read such as loud reading,silent reading,intensive reading comprehensive reading and comparative reading in accordance with the Chinese course standard.Of course,the teacher should also pay enough attention to the law of recognition,rule of behavior and comprehension in reading and direct the students to do the reading for different styles of works step by step.In this way,the students'can have dialogues with the writers,teachers,texts and themselves so that they are able to improve the Chinese qualities centering on language application and building,development of thinking,appreciation of the beauty,understanding and passing the culture.The "real reading" has four characteristics:"real policy" in class,"actual independence" in training,"proper way" in directing and "full expanding" in sights.Secondly,the theoretical bases of "real reading" teaching is from the effective teaching.The theory stresses the dominant role of students,advocates the teaching of tastes and dialogues,seeks rich and deep feelings.In practice,it changes the teachers' absolute dominant role in class and the focus of tests as the only aim in education.And besides,it can make the students active improve their reading capabilities so as to reach the purposes of new Chinese course standard as well as the expectations and designs of reforms for reading class.In Chapter Three,the implementation of "real reading" is discussed.The "real reading" for Chinese course can be put into effect in class and out class.In class,it can be realized by four ways:emphasis on different reading of the students,stresses on guiding and dialogue,developments on the group reading on the basis of texts,attention to the cultural infiltration in reading.For the reading out class,two ways are proposed for the teachers.One is the guiding in the ways of reading,and another is the designing in the activities of reading.Both ways are concluded from the investigations about the states of the students' reading out class.The last but not the least point is effects and the impacts of "real reading" in Chinese teaching.The "real reading" teaching can encourage the students to do the reading with self-exploration and innovation,help them to structure cultural personality and spiritual realm.It is also the inevitable choice of the students to improve their Chinese quality.
