A Study Of The Reduction Of Incentive Effect In Senior High School Students' Ideological And Political Education

Stimulation serves as the important principal,occupies a significant position in cultivating great builders and successors of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,and has particular effect in the ideological and political education.The society in depth reformation brought new psychological characteristics in the newborn students,which challenged the ideological and political education.The researcher found that the common stimulations were not so attractive to the senior high school students,which resulted in incentive effect reduction of ideological and political education.The incentive effect reduction has signs in several fields such as the receiver range becomes narrow,the motivation becomes apparent,the object lacks of enthusiasm and the effect maintains insufficiently.The value of the senior high school students suffered impacts from the society reformation,resulting in changing their demand structure.In addition,the deviation of educators' motivation idea and the improper applied strategies,the ideological and political education has reduction of motivation to varying degrees.The preference or the efficiency of diffident motivation were dissatisfactory.The inherent motivation ideal and methods were no longer adapted to the reality.The ideological and political education should optimize the motivation effect in five basic strategies as the following:innovating the idea of motivation,expanding the content of motivation,modernizing the method of motivation,strengthening the pertinence to motivate,establishing the long-acting incentive mechanism.
