Research On The Incentive Of Ideological And Political Education Into Innovative And Pioneering Education In Colleges And Universities

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,President Xi Jinping put forward the historical task of “Accelerating the Construction of an Innovative Country”,stating: “Innovation is the primary driving force for development.Nowadays,innovation is the key to national competitiveness.Especially in the early 2020’s new pneumonia epidemic,China’s economy and even the world economy are suffering a severe impact,the country urgently needs a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents emerge.So,how to adapt to the development of the times and cultivate innovative talents has become an urgent problem to be solved.Innovation and entrepreneurship education appeared relatively late in China,and has not yet formed a complete education system.Moreover,in the past,the research on innovation and entrepreneurship education mostly started from the perspective of economics or management,focusing on the cultivation of students’ entrepreneurial ability,however,there are few researches on how to inspire students to innovate and start an undertaking,and seldom from the aspect of ideological and political education.Now,based on the new era,Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for college students not only needs to cultivate solid innovation and entrepreneurship ability,but also needs to be guided by Xi Jinping’s thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,combining with the related policy documents of the CPC Central Committee,this paper explains and propagandizes college students’ innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness,and uses ideological and political education to stimulate college students’ independent innovation and entrepreneurship.In this context,this paper first in-depth Study of the relevant literature at home and abroad,an overall analysis of the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and in the ideological and Political Education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities on the basis of the basic theory,discussion on the internal compatibility of ideological and Political Education and innovative entrepreneurship education.Secondly,through the questionnaire investigation on the Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the current situation that the ideological and political education is encouraged to integrate into the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is obtained,from the three aspects of college students,colleges and society,this paper sums up the problems of the ideological and Political Education’s impelling into the innovative and pioneering education in colleges and universities,and from the ideological level,the theoretical level,the level of education and the level of four levels of the system of ideological and political education into the cause of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Finally,starting from the problems and causes of the ideological and Political Education’s incentive integration into the innovative and pioneering education in colleges and universities,and from the integration of the ideological and Political Education’s educational function in order to promote the understanding of the innovative and pioneering ideas,and using the incentive methods of ideological and political education,we should perfect the talent training system of innovative and pioneering education,combine the teachers of ideological and Political Education,set up a professional team of teachers integrating ideological and Political Education with innovation and entrepreneurship Combining the "government,enterprise and school" to form the resultant force of education and other aspects to explore the ways and means to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from the perspective of ideological and Political Education,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the reform of ideological and political education in universities.
