Reading the entire book is a basic expression of the ability of high school students to learn Chinese,and how to guide high school students to read the entire masterpiece effectively is even more important in the research of Chinese language teaching.Reading the entire masterpiece is clearly prescribed in the general high school language curriculum standards,and it also shows that it is one of the important contents of the students' language learning in the high school stage.With the promotion of the curriculum reform in our country,the extracurricular reading of Chinese subjects has gradually become curriculum-based,and the setting of the "Classic Guide" has become an outstanding embodiment of the textbook.As one of the four major components of the current high school textbooks for senior high school students,the "Classic Guide" has become a teaching content that cannot be ignored in high school Chinese classes and deserves everyone's attention.However,in the actual classroom teaching,the teaching status of the "Classic Guide" is not optimistic.In addition,the current systematic research on the "Classic Guide" still needs to be in-depth,especially the study of the "Classic Guide" in the analysis of the textbook compilation is still relatively scattered and lacking,and the teaching strategies for the"Classic Guide" are more general.Based on the above considerations,this article takes the compulsory textbook of the PEP High School Chinese as an example,and attempts to explore the way out of the teaching of the "Classic Guide" by analyzing the compilation of teaching materials.This article first elaborates the concepts associated with the "Classic Guide",and points out the teaching value of the "Classic Guide" from both the teacher and the student,the next important part is to study the writing of the "Classic Guide" in the current high school Chinese textbook(Required 1-5)of the PEP.This paper starts with exploring the theoretical basis and teaching requirements of the "Classic Guide" module,and makes a comprehensive analysis and research from three components of"background introduction","work guide reading","thinking and research",and three systems of selecting,reading,and practicing.Finally,this paper combines the analysis of teaching materials and reading teaching theory,and tries to puts forward relevant suggestions on the writing suggestions and the teaching strategies of the "Classic Guide" from three aspects about "writing" of the teaching material,"guide" of the teachers and "reading" of the students.
