Analysis Of Thesis Title And Expert Comments Based On Semantic Mining

Graduate education has gradually shifted to the connotative development stage centered on quality,and the topic related to graduate competence has become a hot topic.As a graduate student's evaluation index and ability,master's thesis is an important index for analyzing the research direction and discipline development.The traditional method of manual analysis is difficult to study comprehensively because of the complexity of the review process.Based on the analysis and application of this paper,we can find out a lot of important research contents and ideas when we understand the development of disciplines.This paper uses the method of semantic mining,focusing on the classification characteristics of the topic words,the emotional analysis of the comments,the classification of the paper evaluation,and so on,and explores the development of the postgraduate papers in the last two years by the topic analysis and evaluation classification.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The analysis and excavation of the title of the paper.The theme of the thesis is the concentrated expression of research methods and contents.Analyzing 679 papers can effectively excavate the hot research fields of this discipline.The paper uses the mining method of thematic model to analyze the potential topics of the paper,excavate the distribution of topic words,and analyze the representative features of the topic.(2)The emotional polarity mining of the thesis comments.The evaluation is the evaluation of the paper by the judge,which contains a lot of useful information,but the content of the evaluation is complex and the evaluation index is more.Therefore,this article uses the method of emotion to analyze the comments,establish the disuse words,degree adverbs and other corpus,and on this basis,predict the classification of the comments.(3)The classification study of the evaluation of the paper.This paper studies the classification of the evaluation of the thesis from the aspects of the analysis method and the emotion analysis of the word features,and compares the accuracy of the two classification results,and the two methods have their own characteristics in different fraction segments.In the future research,two methods can be combined to improve the accuracy of classification.To sum up,the thesis takes topics and comments as the research object.By introducing the method of semantic mining,this paper analyzes the distribution of thematic features,emotional analysis and evaluation and prediction of the thesis.The research results have some theoretical and practical value for the research and evaluation of the thesis of educational technology major.
