Sentiment Analysis Research And System Implementation Based On MOOC Comments

With the internet development,people are used to sharing their experiences online and expressing their positive or negative attitudes.Based on this,emotion analysis technology is generated.The separation of teachers and students makes the MOOC platform develop rapidly.More and more students use MOOC platform for independent learning.MOOC platform contains a lot of information.How to analyze course comment text trend has gradually become a hot spot in the field of education.How to use information process technology to evaluate the quality of an online course,emotion analysis technology has played a major role.The quality of an online course can be reflected in the emotion contained in the course comment.For the MOOC course comment text emotion,this article focuses on the following researches:(1)The emotion dictionary needed for emotion analysis algorithm is constructed,including basic dictionary,negative dictionary,degree adverb dictionary and turn dictionary.In the specific emotion analysis environment,it is necessary to expand the dictionary of specific domain.Education domain dictionary is built using the emotion tendency point mutual information SO-PMI algorithm in this article.(2)Design two emotion analysis algorithms.The first algorithm based on dictionary and rules;the second algorithm based on feature combination design and SVM algorithm.Based on the self-collected data set,two emotion analysis algorithms are implemented in this article.Can be obtained through the experiment:the accuracy of the first algorithm reaches 75%;the accuracy of the second algorithm reaches 85%.The results show that emotion analysis methods based on machine learning tend to have better expressiveness in complex contexts.Two MOOC course comment text emotion analysis algorithms are compared by experiments.The comment text emotion analysis algorithm adapted to the education field is obtained.(3)In order to better store and display the algorithm dataset and algorithm results,this article uses system development technology to visualize the work done by emotion analysis.The work done by the MOOC course comment text emotion analysis is presented in a system form.System main functions include course comment obtain,course comment process,course comment search,course comment analysis.The work done in this article plays an inspiring role in the emotion analysis work of the course comment text in the education field.The results of emotion analysis can provide reference for decision makers and related institutions.
