Hundred years' policy based on education;while the education policy based on teachers.Teachers undertake the important mission of teaching and cultivating national builders and successors,which are related to the improvement of the quality of the whole people and the improvement of the comprehensive strength of the country.As an important part of training teachers,teacher education plays an important strategic role in the whole education.In the era of "Internet + Education",online teacher education has become an inevitable trend of teacher education and a new way of teacher education.Online teacher education courses are important part of online teacher education,which determine the quality of online teacher education to a great extent.This study conducts sentiment analysis based on online teacher education course comments to explore the implementation of online teacher education courses from learners' perspective deeply,and explore the focus and learning needs of learners,and put forward relevant suggestions.This study has important reference value for the setting and implementation of online teacher education courses,and is of great significance for promoting the development of online teacher education.This study focuses on teacher professional development and selects three national excellent online open courses of teacher education as the research objects on the MOOC platform of Chinese universities,namely “Teacher Professional Ethics”,“Principles and Methods of Instructional Design” and “Modern Educational Technology”,and conducts sentiment analysis on their course comments,including sentiment orientation analysis,semantic network analysis and topic analysis.This study has realized a deep mining of online teacher education course comments.The sentiment orientation analysis results of online teacher education course comments show that the praise rate of “Teacher Professional Ethics” is 98.68%;The praise rate of “Principles and Methods of Instructional Design” is 95.92%;The praise rate of “Modern Educational Technology” is 91.94%.Learners have a high degree of satisfaction with the three online teacher education courses.Online teacher education courses have been affirmed by learners.The positive comments' semantic network analysis results and topic analysis results of the three online teacher education courses show that learners' main concerns for online teacher education courses are course content,teacher's explanation and learning gains,which are all affirmed by learners.Learners think that the courses of online teacher education are rich in content,practical and helpful to work.Teachers explain carefully,detailed and comprehensive;And gain a lot after studying.The neutral and negative comments' semantic network analysis results and topic analysis results of the three online teacher education courses show that,(1)Online teacher education courses lack corresponding textbooks and learning materials,and the renewal cycle of some courses is unreasonable.(2)Some teachers have problems such as non-standard Putonghua,too fast to explain and not timely to answer questions;Some courses are too theoretical and uninteresting;For some courses,the assignment submission time is not set properly.At the same time,learners hope that courses can be close to the teaching reality,and teachers can use the case to explain,and hope that the case can be more abundant,can bring forth the new,and keep up with the times.Therefore,online teacher education puts forward higher requirements to teachers.(3)The learners hope that the videos can be subtitled,and learners report that the operation interface of some courses is too complex;Course progress is not shown;Stuck phenomenon occurs in the course of class;There is no reminder setting for assignment submission time.Therefore,the relevant technologies need to be perfected and improved.According to the research conclusions,the following suggestions are proposed,(1)Teachers should make full use of online teacher education to continuously improve their professional quality.(2)Online teacher education courses should be built around the actual needs of teachers.(3)Online teacher education courses should preferably be equipped with corresponding textbooks or learning materials.(4)Teachers should fully implement the implementation of online teacher education courses.(5)Continue to refine and improve technology related to online teacher education.(6)Make full use of education big data to boost the development of online teacher education.
