Full-time postgraduate students are an important part of the country's top-notch talents.They play an important role in the country's development towards an innovative country.Therefore,the quality of full-time postgraduate students is also highly concerned by the country.With the ever-increasing demand for top-notch talents in the country,the number of full-time postgraduate enrollment is also increasing,but the increase in the number of quality graduates has reduced the quality to a certain extent.Since 1999,institutions have started enrollment expansion for graduate students.Although some talents have been cultivated to a certain extent,the overall quality of graduate students has declined in recent years compared with the quality of previous graduate students.Full-time postgraduate teaching supervision is an important part of the quality supervision system for postgraduate teaching and training.Postgraduate teaching management plays an important role.It plays an important role in improving the quality of full-time postgraduate education and the progress of postgraduate teaching reform.China has implemented full-time postgraduate teaching supervision since the 1990 s.Judging from the current status of teaching supervision,most of the full-time postgraduate training institutions rely on the form and content of undergraduate teaching supervision,and postgraduate teaching
