| China is in a new period of economic transformation and development,and the field of education is also facing major changes.In this era,the healthy and orderly development of all kinds of education and teaching activities at all levels is increasingly inseparable from the supervision of educational supervision institutions.As one of the most important media for the government to manage education in China,educational supervision organization is a bridge between educational decision-making and educational implementation.Educational decision-making,educational implementation and educational supervision constitute the three basic links of educational management.Therefore,it is particularly important to further improve the educational supervision system,ensure the smooth implementation of national education policies,guide schools to regulate school running,and promote the scientific and healthy development of China’s education.As an important part of China’s education supervision system,the system of school supervision responsibility area has developed into an important measure for the education administrative departments to have a deep understanding of the education and teaching status of schools in various regions of China,especially in the county-level field.By comprehensively using the research methods of literature review,interview survey,comparative study and comparing the education supervision system,school supervision responsibility area system at home and abroad,this paper takes the education supervision system of T county in Hu Nan province,especially the system of school supervision responsibility area as a case list,and makes some relevant researches on the implementation status of the education supervision system at the county level.In the process of implementing the educational supervision system,T county has made the following achievements: it has constructed a clear hierarchy of education supervision work system;established a good supervision work mode and improved the school running quality.But at the same time,there are some problems,such as the management system is not straightened out,the construction and development of supervision team is lagging behind,the supervision and evaluation system is single,and the supervision effect is not good.The causes of these problems mainly include theory,government,society and school.In this regard,based on the typical experience of educational supervision at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as "straightening out the management system of educational supervision responsibility area,building a professional supervision team,optimizing the supervision and evaluation system,strengthening the effectiveness of supervision results,and implementing the responsibility supervision and listing supervision",so as to promote the full implementation of our educational supervision system in practical work and standardize the school operation.And then,the diachronic mission of promoting the healthy development of education in China can be fully exerted. |
