Research On Ethical Dilemmas Of Social Workers' Dual Relationships From The Perspective Of Ecosystem

Social work ethics is the soul of the social work profession.Social work is a service to people.Professional relationship is the basis of service.However,social workers and professional relationships between the case and the owner,such as resource exchange,friend relationships,etc.,once they go beyond a certain range,they fall into a dual relationship ethical dilemma.At present,with the deepening of the professionalization and professionalization of social work,the ethical issues of dual relationship become more and more prominent.The dual relationship may hurt the owner of the case and impair the service essence of the social work professional relationship.Previous studies have discussed the status quo,advantages and disadvantages of the dual relationship,and lacked discussion on the reasons and strategies for the ethical dilemma of the dual relationship between social work services and social work services.Therefore,this study explores the dual relationship of social work,the choice of ethical dilemmas,and the causes and countermeasures of the dual relationship ethical dilemma,hoping to provide reference for social workers to effectively deal with ethical issues of dual relationships.This study takes 9 social workers in private social worker institutions in X City as the research object,takes the ecosystem theory as the theoretical framework for the research,and addresses the dual relationship ethical issues of social workers in private social work institutions using seini-structured interviews and literature references.Combining research methods to conduct research.The study found that:1.Social workers carry out day-to-day and scene-based services and have a certain emotional connection with their clients.This approach can easily cause ethical dilemmas in dual relationships.2.These dual relationships can be divided into four categories based on the exchange of content and satisfaction of functions.Class:dual relationship of instrumentality,dual relationship of emotion,dual relationship of sociality,and dual relationship of interest;3.Dual relationship ethical dilemma involves the interaction between human and environment.On the one hand,the social worker' s individual values are not clear and ethical awareness is weak.Lack of ethical competence;on the other hand,ethical choices are related to imperfect institutional systems,inadequate supervision by experts,lack of peer models,and strong human and social culture;4.The main causes of the ethical dilemma of social workers' dual relationship:the micro-system level manifests itself as the difference between the individual concept of social workers and service objects and the lack of acceptance of dual relationship ethics supervision;the level of the meso-level system shows that schools have insufficient training for social worker ethics education.The internal and external supervision mechanisms of the organization are not perfect,the social work associations lack attention to the dual relationship ethics,and there is a lack of benign interaction feedback between the systems;the macro system level shows that the professional ethics system of social work is not perfect.The strategies that social workers can adopt when dealing with the ethical dilemmas of dual relationships:1.Micro-level systems:Social workers are guided by professional values,respect and understand the values of service objects,and strengthen the study of social work ethics issues.The relationship seeks the supervision and support of experts,scholars,and colleagues on the ethical dilemma of dual relationships,and raises their ethical awareness and capabilities;2.Meso-system level:institutions improve supervision mechanisms,strengthen supervision of ethical issues in dual relationships,and social work associations.Strengthen the attention and training on dual relationship ethics,schools strengthen ethics,especially the dual relationship ethics education;3.Macro system level:Formulate and improve the national social work ethics system and rules.The findings of this study can provide reference for practical social workers to effectively deal with the ethical dilemma of dual relationships,establish healthy professional relationships and ensure the quality of services.This study has certain limitations,such as the lack of interviews with social workers in different fields to collect relevant data.The classification of ethical dilemmas in dual relationships is incomplete and overlapping,and the respondents ' sensitivity and awareness of ethical issues in dual relationships The lower the data collected by the researchers,the less.This study includes the following six chapters:The first chapter is the proposed problem,which includes the research background,research issues and research significance,and identifies the research issues as follows:the causes of social workers' dual relationship ethical dilemmas and their coping strategies;It is a review of relevant literature,which deals with social work ethic dilemmas and the concept and content of dual relationships.The focus of research is to determine the causes of comprehensive social ethical dilemmas in social workers from the perspective of ecosystems and the effective countermeasures;For the research and design,the basic connotation and main concepts of the ecosystem theory and the guidance of this article were specifically elaborated.Using the case study method,nine social workers from three private social organizations in the city of X were selected as research objects,and semi-structured interviews and literature were used.The law collects and analyzes relevant data on the theoretical dilemma of social workers' dual relationship;Chapter 4 is the research findings that describe the current status of ethical dilemmas in dual relationships and the influencing factors;Chapter 5 is the analysis and analysis of the reasons for the emergence of ethical dilemmas in dual relations.Put forward the coping strategies of dual relationship ethical dilemmas;Six chapters is.that summarizes the conclusions of the study,analysis of the limitations of the study.
