Study On The Inferiority Of Orphans In The Orphanage By Group Work

With the development of the social economy and the improvement of the living conditions of orphans,the problems of the survival of the orphans in the traditional orphanage have been basically solved.However,the psychological problems in the orphan groups are more prominent than those of other traditional families,and the problem of inferiority is more obvious in many psychological problems.For the orphanage,the inferiority is a negative emotional expression.In the daily life and study,it is manifested as negative themself,negative coping,unable to unite students,weary of learning,and low evaluation of themself.For orphans,multiple disadvantaged identities make them difficult to grow up.If they are in the shadow of inferiority for a long time,it is very bad for the healthy growth of the orphans.Therefore,considering the psychological needs of orphans,this paper makes an intervention study on the inferiority problems of orphans.In this study,the Orphan School in J province was taken as the research objects.From the perspective of social work,a practical study was carried out on the orphans’ inferiority with the case intervention of group intervention as the main intervention.This study,based on the cognitive behavior theory,combined with the theory of ecosystem,makes an analysis of the inferiority of the orphans from a professional theoretical perspective.This study takes natural observation,interview and scale literature research method as the main research tools,and investigates the inferiority of orphans through these three methods.Through practical investigation,we find that there is a problem of inferiority in orphans.According to the results of observation and scale,we recruited suitable group members,formulated intervention group plans,and achieved intervention goals through five group activities and case tutoring.The main contents are establish the correct evaluation of self,to discover the advantages of self,to encourage and guide the positive encouragement and evaluation among the members of the group,to show the ability,and to establish self confidence in the five stages.In the process of intervention,we can get understanding of the changes of team members through informal interviews,and timely respond to the problems displayed by team members.Through the long-term observation and measurement results,it was found that in the orphans group,the scales of the inferiority orphans was large,the source of self abasement was relatively simple,the inferiority has been great influence on the orphans,and the intervention of inferiority was less on the orphanage.After a long period of intervention,the intervention of professional social work has a positive effect on improving the inferiority of orphans.Through the intervention of group activities and case guidance,the group members have basically achieved their own goals in the group,the cohesiveness of the group is strong,the problem of inferiority of the team members was improved and the self-confidence was obviously improved.
