Teaching motivation is an important factor,affected the local free normal college students majoring in career choices and their future career development.At present,the construction of the contingent of rural teachers in our country is faced with the difficult problem of not going on,unable to retain or not teaching well,and free local students have become an important support force for solving this difficult problem.However,on the one hand,the free tuition policy of the normal students on the one hand,but the implementation of unscrupulous students,motivation for free students learning motivation,rural areas from the low level of teaching and other issues continue to emerge;the other hand,although the existing studies are concerned about the free enrollment of local students,training However,there are some problems such as the uneven quality of research tools and the lack of pertinence of research directions.Therefore,this study intends to draw on the theoretical framework and scale of Australian scholar Watt and Richardson's "factors influencing teachers' career choices" to study the motivation of free learning students in local areas in China,and to explore their motivation,professional awareness,job selection satisfaction,In order to improve the enrollment and training of free normal students in local areas and provide reference for the prevention motivation of free students in local preventive places and the lack of willingness to teach in rural areas.In this study,free local college students were chosen from 3 places in a province to select 511 local free normal students as participants by random sampling method.The "Teachers Affect Factors of Occupational Choices" scale was used to investigate their motivation,occupation(1)The overall level of influence factors of occupational choice for local normal college students is M = 3.75,SD = 0.35;the local normal college students have no significant difference in social utility value,social experience,intrinsic occupational value,personal utility value,,Self-efficacy factors are higher than the average of the overall average,of which the highest social utility value of the factors,the intrinsic value of occupation,personal utility value of the tie in the middle level,the lowest average self-efficacy factor;local normal students(2)Different grades,gender,students from normal students in the part to teach motivation factors There are significant differences.The results show that:(1)The social utility and social experience value are the important factors that affect the motivation of local free students to teach;the intrinsic vocational value of free teachers in local schools needs to be improved;the motivation of self-efficacy is weak and needs to be strengthened;(2)The difference of grade,sex and source of students It is an important factor that affects motivation.It is suggested that free local normal students should start from three aspects of enrollment,training and work support to improve the enrollment structure and enrollment methods;help local normal students to clarify self-occupation tendency and enhance their professional abilities;and establish reasonable andeffective long-term working support in coordination with related parts Mechanism,improve the local free normal students from teaching motivation.
