Free Career Planning Student Teachers Educational Research

Under the background of building a harmonious society and fulfilling the scientific development concept, to implement the policy of "Exemption of Normal College Students'Tuition Fee" is of great significance for the implementation of the strategy of giving priority to the development of education, promoting education fair and the harmonious development of society. To improve the effectiveness of the free education, to explore the new career planning education mode that come up to the developing demand and educational objectives of the free education, and to cultivate and develop the future teaching staff, make them become excellent teachers and educators, all these ask for the career education's Guidance and direction. It represents the will of our country, related with the overall situation of reform and development, is an urgent task to resolve.Tuition-free normal college students are a special group that they have directed career but have service agreement. So far, theory field is almost blank in the career planning education of the free normal education, but mainly concentrated on the study of education policy, free normal education mode and analyses the current situation of the study life.This thesis first introduces the career planning education into free normal education training field, and expands and enriches its theory research. This thesis is in the view of free normal education, teachers'lifelong education and the realization of human's sustainable development and based on the data, through questionnaires and extensive interviews, to form a relatively complete pre-service education system and a career planning system which can realize sustainable occupational development and realix the integration of pre-cultivation and teachers'lifelong career education.This thesis includes five parts:First part is introduction. Firstly, it introduces the background of the thesis and introduces the research situation, this paper's research plan, methods, and basic content, makes groundwork for below.The second part is based on the thought, study and life reality of the tuition-free normal college students, analysis the possible problems may appear in the recent 3 years'career planning education of free education from the perspective of country, universities, especially the tuition-free normal college students.The third part is the analysis of the reasons according to the problems in the career planning education of free education.Part four and part five is the core of this thesis. They analysis the problem from the two stages of free normal pre-service and after-employment stage, and put forward the theory of career planning education of free normal educationThe fourth part points that during the pre-occupational cultivation stage, should build the pre-occupational cultivation and career planning education system form five aspects, and take the teachers'ethics education as core which concludes integrity education, mental health education to establish a unity of career planning course, strengthen the personalized service and divide the college life into three stages, detailed the related career planning education measures, encourage students to pursue teachers'professional exploration.The fifth part is about the tuition-free normal college students'after-employment professional development stage.In the view of teachers'lifelong education and realization of human sustainable development, this thesis advocates respectively from the instruction of middle and primary school management culture, created the educational management system adapted to the market system through the effort of Tuition-free normal college students, and from establishing long-term follow-up mechanism of teacher career planning education career to build the teachers'career planning theory and promote professional development of graduate of free education.The sixth part is the conclusion. It points out that the cultivation of Tuition-free normal college students still in the testing and exporting stage. This education research is forward-looking and complex, and many work need to explore, practice and research.
