Study On Population Distribution Characteristics And Influence Factors Of Shandong Province Under The Background Of New Urbanization

With the development of urbanization and the progress of the level of economic development,more and more people have developed more perfect regional flow to the high level of economic development,high degree of urbanization,more employment opportunities,education,medical care and transportation.At present,the development of urbanization is no longer the traditional form of urbanization,but more emphasis on the development of people and the improvement of the quality of urbanization,that is the development of the new urbanization.The development of the new urbanization is a new trend in the development of urbanization in China at the present stage.On the basis of the traditional development model,it pays more attention to the improvement of quality,and its essence is to pay more attention to the development of the citizenization.The development of the new urbanization makes the social and economic development of a region,and the public infrastructure is more perfect.It makes the transfer of the population not only in the status and other aspects of the transformation,but also really enjoy the same public service as urban population,including education,medical treatment,transportation and other aspects.To a large extent,the distribution pattern of population has been constantly changing,resulting in the redistribution of population in different regions.Based on this reality,taking the new urbanization as the background,the characteristics and influencing factors of the current population distribution in Shandong are studied.The article first uses the data of 17 cities in Shandong province for 2001-2015 years,using the population distribution structure index and ArcGIS technology to analyze the present situation of the population distribution in Shandong province.It found that the distribution of population in Shandong province is unevenly distributed,and the spatial autocorrelation analysis method is used to find the population density in Shandong province.In order to solve the problem of disequilibrium of population distribution in Shandong province.It is expected to provide more reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of unbalanced distribution of population in Shandong province.The study found that:(1)The development of urbanization in 17 prefectures of Shandong is unbalanced,and there is obvious spatial distribution difference of population density.(2)Using ArcGIS technology,based on the known definition of population density,the distribution of population in Shandong province is visualized.The population density of various cities in Shandong province has obvious spatial distribution difference,which is characterized by low West High East and South High North.And from 2001 to 2015,the overall pattern of population density West High East low and South High North low has not changed.The cities in the forefront of population density are western cities such as Zaozhuang,Jining and Heze,and the areas with lower population density are Dongying,Binzhou,Weihai,Yantai,sunshine and other Eastern and northern coastal areas.In the whole,with the development of the economy,the population density has always been on the rise;(3)Under the new urbanization background,with the population density as the dependent variable,the economic development level,the income level,the industrial structure,the health service level,the basic education level and the climate in the population distribution are selected by the per capital actual GDP,the second industry added value to the GDP ratio and the third industry added value to GDP,the seven indexes of hospital and health hospital bed number,primary and secondary school teachers and annual average temperature were the dependent variables to study the influence factors of population distribution,and the regression analysis was carried out by using the classical econometric model and the spatial econometric model.Compared with the classical econometric model,the empirical regression results of the spatial econometric model have a significant difference.In view of the spatial auto correlation of the population distribution,the spatial econometric model can be more able to analyze the influence factors of the population distribution.From the above conclusion,the spatial correlation of population distribution can't be ignored.The spatial spillover effect of the factors affecting the population distribution should be fully taken into account in the formulation of the policy,which is consistent with the more frequent and closely linked realities of the population flow between the economic and social development of Shandong province.Therefore,the government should take full consideration of the spatial correlation of population density,promote the populationdistribution to a more balanced development,develop the economy,play the decisive role of the economy to the population distribution,guide the population to flow to the cities of different cities and thus realize the redistribution of the population,and improve the household registration.The system of medical and social security enables farmers to truly enjoy equal public services and share the achievements of development and to accelerate the process of new urbanization and to promote the rational redistribution of the population.
