Incentive is indispensable in management.Research shows that effective incentives will stimulate staff's enthusiasm in job and improve staff's efficiency in job,so as eventually to achieve the goal of the whole organization better.How to improve the team's performance,how the individual performance influences team performance,team motivation once becomes a problem which people need to think about.Scientific research teams in colleges as the direct carrier and leader of national scientific research,need to make due contributions to scientific development.There is no perfect individual,only perfect team.What incentive is most cared about by the college teams,for which has the best effect of incentive,is a problem that deserves us to discuss and pay attention to.For further research on motivating factors that influence working efficiency of scientific research team in colleges and universities,this paper,taking a private colleges of Hainan province as an example,using the method of literature,questionnaire,interview method to collect data.Specifically:through the study of literature review,research team incentive effect factors,which affect establishment covers motivating factors induced by questionnaire,and then for the university scientific research team,a total of 110 questionnaires,using SPSS13.0 statistical software to analyze the collected questionnaire,analyze the most relevant incentive factors,and the correlation dimension incentive factors and incentive effect,so as to private colleges according to the conclusions of the research team incentive scheme design,implementation and evaluation of proposed countermeasures and thinking.During,also randomly selected 15 key members of the team face to face interviews,analyzes the deep reason.In this paper,the results of the study summarized as follows:first,through the induction of existing literature carding and put forward the hypothesis,through factor analysis of 21 May incentive factors in the sorting,classified concluded five variables summarizing the scientific research team in colleges and universities incentive effect of the key factors,namely team conditions,respect needs,able to demonstrate,task,matching and personal goals.Second,the correlation analysis for the data from the questionnaire,the study found that 21 possible incentive factors,the leader of the management ability,broad prospects of the project,improve their ability,the leader of academic ability,gain respect,knowledge sharing and fair performance evaluation system,work have a certain degree of challenge,is his own interest and common goals such as top ten is a university research team members of Hainan province's attention.Finally,by case study of the private colleges scientific research team incentive mechanism research,this paper found that is suitable for common factors of university scientific research team incentive mechanism construction,and put forward the corresponding Suggestions.
