The Teamwork Culture Studies Of College Students

With the arriving of information era， the pace of technological change hasgradually accelerated and our public life totally changes: the increasingly frequent anddiverse cultural communication and the more and more close people distance makes theInformation and knowledge become an important driving force of the world economy; Intelligent，globalization and informationization become a distinct theme of The Times. Under thebackground of above, more and more attentions are paid to the spirit of teamwork whichhas also been an important content of college students’ quality education. Collegestudents, as the successors of the Party and national socialist construction, the future ofthe motherland and the hope of the nation in this new era will sustain greatresponsibilities for achieving the country’s prosperity, national rejuvenation andpeople’s happiness. When they step into workplaces and show their talent in their stageof life, the spirit of teamwork will become particularly important. Therefore, by a largeanalysis of the issues of college students in the cultivation of the spirit of teamwork, thispaper summarizes the causes of these problems and proposes correspondingcountermeasures which is based on the present cultivation situation of college students’spirit of teamwork.Firstly, this paper which was theoretically guided by the Marxist philosophy startedfrom the perspective of ideological and political education research, then, redefined thefundamental connotation of the spirit of teamwork based on the related domestic andoverseas literature and books and summarized the mainly characteristic through theorigin and the development history of the spirit of teamwork. It proposed that the idea ofhuman’s integrated development, labor cooperation and collectivism are the mostimportantly philosophical foundations to study team spirit. and also put forward thesignificance of improving the college students’ spirit of teamwork based on thisfoundation. Secondly, this paper which was based on the theoretical analysis, literature study and analysis and comprehensive, discussed the current situation of the spirit ofteamwork cultivation in college through the questionnaire survey. The problems andreasons of the current college students’spirit of teamwork training are analyzed from theperspective of individual, college and society. Finally, the author proposed the trainingprinciples which were combined with the related theory of ideological and politicaleducation. the concrete ways to train college students’ spirit of teamwork are proposedwhich were guided by the principles of college students-oriented, collectivism, fairnessand win-win cooperation.This paper tries to find the practical solutions by multi-views theories andempirical analysis of the problems existing in the training of college students’ spirit ofteamwork. During the survey, it is found that the problem of one-kid policy become theimportant factors that affected college students’ team spirit cultivation and spoiled lifehabits hindered the cultivation of college students’ team consciousness, therefore, thispaper proposed a mode called “three in one” to improve the students’spirit of teamworkconsciousness which was based on the related data of the survey. This mode worked bystrengthening personal cultivation, building the campus culture and the social practice.As to the solution, this paper tried to combine the theory and practice in order topromote the innovation of the methods of the college students’ spirit of teamworktraining.
