Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Promoting College Students’ Entrepreneurship Ability Under The Background Of "Internet"

With the development of "double-wound " and " Internet + " policy in our country,Hainan has actively developed the "Internet + " industry in response to the national policy,encouraging university students to participate in" Internet + "innovation and entrepreneurship.However,the present situation of " Internet + "entrepreneurial ability of college students in Hainan Province has not been successful.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the present situation of " Internet + "entrepreneurial ability of college students in Hainan Province.The research background,research significance,research methods,research methods and so on are discussed in this paper.The basic concepts of entrepreneurship,university students," Internet + "," Internet + " entrepreneurship and so on are described.The research results are mainly focused on the research of the entrepreneurs of college students,the analysis of the entrepreneurship policy,the experiences of each country,the influencing factors of college students ’entrepreneurship,etc.Industry problems and countermeasures,Internet entrepreneurship model and path choice,and so on,and few scholars are dedicated to the ability of college students in the "Internet" entrepreneurship.Secondly,this paper through the literature reference.The evaluation index system of college students’" Internet" entrepreneurial ability including knowledge and skill,management ability,communication and expression ability,executive ability,personal characteristic is constructed by means of behavior event interview and so on.There are 27 indexes in 6 dimensions of strategic planning ability.Finally,according to the evaluation index system,a questionnaire is designed to select entrepreneurial college students in 4 universities in Haikou as the research object,and distribute them in the form of electronic questionnaire and recycle them 305 questionnaires,262 valid questionnaires,the effective rate is 87.33.The results show that Hainan university students in knowledge and skills in terms of product operation ability,user data analysis ability.The product iteration ability is insufficient;In the aspect of management ability,staff motivation ability and performance appraisal ability are insufficient;Project roadshow ability and financing negotiation ability are not enough in communication and expression ability;In the aspect of executive power,the ability of action decision-making and the efficiency of execution are insufficient;Innovative thinking in personal characteristics,good at learning ability is insufficient;Business model design ability,tuyere control ability,industry development in strategic planning ability At the same time,the author uses the method of visiting consultation to explore the causes of the problem,and finally puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the improvement of the ability of the government and colleges and universities in view of the existing problems.Social safeguards.
