We found that in the time level, college students are in the time that a good product can realize self propagation, they can put more energy into the product itself when doing pioneering work. In the circle of venture capital, college students in the "Internet plus" age, can gain great help from the blossom of Innovative business incubator, Investment institutions and private angel investors. And provides a good way for college students to get investment. At the government level, students enjoy the more benefit of fiscal policy, and can get the support of the the incubation and special support funds of the government. At the university level, Colleges and universities for college students to provide innovation and entrepreneurship service organization, innovative entrepreneurial venues and innovation and entrepreneurship special support funds. This paper analysis that the root of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in the "Internet plus" age, finding that at the theoretical level, the development of the "Internet plus" is the trend of the times.
