Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Central Party Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has steadily pushed forward poverty alleviation including education for poverty alleviation.The poverty population in our country has been greatly reduced,and the incidence of poverty has been on the decline.Facts have proved that after many years of poverty alleviation,one of the most important reasons why most of the remaining poor households are people who are extricated from poverty and return to poverty is that their ability to obtain income is poor,arnd effective vocational education is the basis for raising their income-earning capacity.Can tihe input of vocational education allow the farmers in the poor areas to increase their income to achieve sustainable poverty reduction?In China,the heterogeneity of the poverty-stricken areas is large,and the degree of poverty is very different.Is there any difference in the benefit of the financial input of Vocational Education in various regions?In this study,we built PVAR model to analyze panel data of 50 poverty-stricken counties in H Province,and found that vocational education investment can improve farmers' income and the effect is sustainable.Then,by introducing the cross multiplication between the virtual poverty variables and the vocational education input in the model,it is concluded that the output benefit of vocational education is heterogeneous,and the lower the poverty level is,the better the effect of vocational education investment on Farmers' income.The results show that vocational education can fundamentally solve the poverty,and on a certain economic basis,the higher the output efficiency of vocational education.The conclusion of this study can provide theoretical reference for the main body of poverty alleviation in the establishment of long-term mechanism of poverty reduction,from the input,direction and way of the poverty alleviation in vocational education.The main contributions of this article are the following.First,using PVAR model to test the occupation education influence on the income of fanners in poor areas,and to test the sustainability of this kind of influence;second,theoretical analysis and test in the area of poverty level,occupation education investment impact on the income of the farmers in poor areas of difference;third,analysis by the county panel data will be the human capital spillover into the research scope;fourth,from the occupation education poverty alleviation investment,direction and way to provide reference for policy making.
