Since the 1990 s,China has experienced an unprecedented economic take-off,and the speed of economic development has made the world amazed. However,At the same time,urban-rural differences have gradually emerged.Migrant workers can be said to be special labor groups within the course of China's economic development.Their education level is generally low, which leads to low wages of migrant workers. They are often discriminated against at work and it is difficult to survive in cities.Based on the above background, this study takes Chinese migrant workers as the research object, takes human capital as the research entry point, takes the wages of migrant workers as the research focus, combines the measurement methods and China's micro database, and empirically analyzes the effect of human capital on the wages of migrant workers.First of all, this thesis studies the classical theory and model of human capital theory and wage decision theory, and combs the existing academic research, which lays a theoretical foundation for this research.Secondly,it summarizes the current situation of wage employment and migrant workers' capital in China, and understands the reality of migrant workers in China, paving the way for the research.Thirdly,it theoretically analyzes the relationship between human capital and wages of migrant workers, clarifies the relationship between the two,and establishes the mechanism of influence between the capital of farmers and their wages. Then, combined with the micro-database of China's labor force dynamic survey, the appropriate variables are selected, and the weighted least squares method and quantile regression method are used to empirically analyze the impact of the peasant workers' capital on their wages, while paying attention to different regions, genders and differences.Group heterogeneity in the age group. Finally, based on the theoretical and empirical analysis results, the conclusions of this study are summarized and proposed from the government policy level, industry enterprise level and micro-personal level. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: The overall research shows that both education human capital and healthy human capital have a significant impact on the wages of migrant workers.Different variables have different effects on the wages ofmigrant workers. In different quantiles, human capital pairs The impact of migrant workers' wages is slightly different.Heterogeneity research shows that the labor force of migrant workers, male and female migrant workers, and the labor force of the new and old generation of migrant workers in China have obvious differences, and the heterogeneity of the group has been verified by empirical analysis.Other control variables also have a certain impact on the wages of migrant workers, and the impact effects vary depending on the explanatory variables.Compared with the existing research, this paper infiltrates the migrant workers into the classic theory, analyzes the wages of migrant workers, and subdivides the human capital into multiple variables, and empirically discusses its impact on the wages of migrant workers. The heterogeneity study is rich in empirical analysis, which provides ideas for the adjustment of the wage policy of migrant workers and the economic performance judgment of the peasant workers' capital.
