With the opening of the "two child policy" in China,the number of new two child families is increasing.The arrival of the two child is beyond doubt in the improvement of the population structure,social stability and the sustainable development of the country.However,as a major event in the life cycle of the family,the challenges that the two child has brought to the whole family can not be ignored.Parents should not only deal with the relationship with the two children correctly,but also respond to the changes in the psychology and behavior of the long children.It adapts to the new role and the new environment as soon as possible.In the process of adaptation,which is full of challenges and opportunities for growth,some families can smoothly and smoothly realize the transition,but some families can not pass through the difficulties for a variety of reasons,thus falling into the plight of helplessness and helplessness,the friction and contradictions between the long children and their parents are becoming increasingly prominent,and the clashes between the parents and the children are coming out.In this context,what is the way social workers take to solve the problems faced by the two-child family and how to meet the needs of the two-child family for the professional family service is particularly urgent and important.Under the guidance of the concept of social work value,based on the theory of family system and the theory of social support,this paper uses the method of case work to explore and study the parent-child conflict in the two child family.In the course of the study,the literature method is used to sort out and analyze the domestic and foreign research.In accordance with the steps and procedures of the social work in the case,we should establish a cooperative relationship with the beneficiary family,collect relevant information and carry out a comprehensive evaluation,analyze the original cause of the clashes and dig out the needs behind the problems.Develop a detailed and detailed service plan.First talks with the eldest son and mother to change the misconceptions between the parents and the parents and eliminate the misunderstanding between them.Secondly,using role-playing and family sculpture techniques to help the owners examine the interaction between theparents and the children and share the skills of parent-child communication;then,through some training in parental skills to alleviate parental rearing.Stress,improve the children’s self-management ability and behavior control;finally,explore the resources around,break the closed family system,strengthen the family social support network,improve the ability of the family to deal with problems.Through the evaluation,the intervention of these four stages makes the misunderstanding of children and parents eliminate,the interaction of parents and children is increased,the relationship of parents and children gradually ease,and better service effect is achieved.The results show that the case social work method has a professional advantage in improving the parent child conflict in two child families,so we should give full play to its positive role.
