A Case Study Of Social Work Intervention Accompanying The Parent-child Conflict In The Family Relations

Today,Chinese residents living standards improve,parents more and more aware of the importance of education,the concrete manifestation for family gradually increase investment in education to the child.Because of the spread of education resources,many families choose to leave their native place with their children,enter the county or the city,and join the group.Now,with a special "landscape",has become the social conflict caused by family parent-child relationship with gradually increasing,standing in the point of view of social worker,I think this is a question worth studying.The study to Hohhot in A middle school with the family of the parent-child relationship conflict and need to improve the whole family as the service object,aiming at the problem of parent-child relationship with his family.By analyzing the questionnaire data collection,and research,then draws with families,parent-child relationship conflict in the family social work intervention in need,help and understanding their common needs and common causes of the conflict between parent and how to help them to resolve conflict,the last problem is improved.The author in view of the recipient family problems,the method that USES the theory of family social work intervention,using methods such as:acceptance,the perspective-taking,confrontation,empathy and other professional skills,social work and carried out intervention activities,four times in social work and the director and the joint efforts of family members,effective broke that a closed with the family,makes the intervention treatment is completed.Through effective communication with three family members,the author analyzes the causes of the crisis.Through the dialogue between family members know what they appear on the surface of the behavior and feelings,to dig out of each of the following deep conversation,help them tounderstand yourself and understand others again,inspire each other between parents and children to open up and express the angry,frustrated,depressed mood,such as gradually make the parent-child relationship with family with a little change,parent-child conflict problem abated,suppresses the parent-child conflict continued the trend of development.
