Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Building Modern Vocational Education System In Minority Area

As the only minority autonomous prefecture of Hunan province,the development of modern vocational education system in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture is the indispensable foundation of special vocational education system in Hunan,and it also plays an important part in vocational education development of ethnic regions.As the crucial area of poverty alleviation in our country,its vocational education development directly affects the quality of technical talents and the efficiency of economic transformation and upgrading,which has great significance on regional sustainable development.According to the analysis of construction situation of Xiangxi modern vocational education system in its structure,distribution as well as life-long unification,the author concluded problems of this system,which were about its structure flexibility,integration between speciality arrangement and industrial distribution,and local service function.Due to this circumstance,the countermeasures should be carried out in system structure optimization,speciality arrangement melioration as well as basic capacity building.This paper can be divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discussed the background and significance,and on the basis of existing studies,it defined the core concepts,besides,it narrated the main research methods.The second part is the analysis of system structure,speciality arrangement and lifelong integrated mechanism with a large number of facts.Through discussing current situation,the third part depends on a large amount of data information that helped to summarize issues of system construction,which included insufficient flexibility of its structure,low matching degree between speciality arrangement and industrial arrangement and poor service functions in this area.Based on the analysis of problems and causes,the fourth part expounds several corresponding measures that included system structure optimization for connection and interaction,speciality arrangement melioration for deep industry-education integration,and basic capacity building for regional service improvement.
