In the face of the new curriculum reform education concept,emphasizing middle school students want to change their previous acceptance style of learning,to actively conduct inquiry activities in class.The ability of mathematics inquiry learning of middle school students to a certain extent reflects the basic requirements of quality education.According to the original survey,many mathematics teachers still use traditional teaching methods in class teaching,don't integrate the teaching ideas of the new curriculum reform into classroom teaching,and there is also no awareness of students' ability to explore mathematics.Can't help middle school students understand the nature of mathematical concepts in the process of independent inquiry and cooperation and communication.The main purpose of this study is to understand the current state of middle school students' mathematics inquiry learning ability in Lanzhou City,and the main factors affecting students' development of mathematical inquiry learning ability,combining teachers' teaching experience and actual situation to propose teaching suggestionsand to propose teaching suggestions,in order to better promote students' mathematical development.In this study,literature analysis,interviews,and questionnaire surveys were used,the self-made questionnaires and test questions were used to investigate the mathematics inquiry learning ability of some middle school students in a certain two middle schools in Lanzhou City.Combined with the analysis of the interviews and results of the teachers and students,it is found that the middle high school students' inquiring learning ability in mathematics has the following status: Middle high school students' five dimensions of inquiry learning ability in mathematics,reading comprehension ability and analyze problem capabilities is better,inductive reasoning and evaluation of reflective capabilities is general,divergent thinking ability is relatively poor.By investigating the current situation of the two junior high school students' inquiring learning ability in mathematics,the main factors affecting middle school students' ability development from the perspectives of teachers and students are:For teachers;1.Middle school math teachers have no depth of understanding of sexual learning abilities;2.the middle school math teacher chose not to approach the approach of sexual learning.For students:1.their own cognitive structure is not perfect;2.the student mathematics thought method unfamiliar;3.the students actively explore the consciousness is not strong.In response to these current conditions,some suggestions for improving student's mathematical inquiry learning ability are put forward;1.Change the concept of teachers and change teaching methods;2.Set up open practice and cultivate divergent thinking.3.Taking life as carrier to Increase knowledge accumulation;3.Understanding mathematical concepts and refining mathematical thinking;5.Actively participate in the classroom to develop inquiry habits.
