| The new era has new requirements for talents.Teachers,as the main force for cultivating talents,constantly study classroom teaching and reform classroom teaching.In the process of teaching in Jingning County J High School,the author found: as a result of teacher’s reform of classroom teaching,"Guidance Case" has certain advantages in teaching,but it also has some problems.In this study,the design of Biology Guidance Cases in Jingning County was studied through literature review,interviews,case study and observation.Through interviews 9 biology teachers in the J High School,using the current Biology Guidance Case as an example,the analysis found the problems existing in the design of the current Biology Guidance Case in J High School are: the “Learning Objectives” design is blunt and vague;"New Course Guide" lacks inquiry;the "Classroom Summary" is stereotyped and lacks flexibility;the design method of the "Exercises Design" is single;the "Post-class Reflection" is formalized.The following improvement strategies are proposed for the existing problems: the decomposition method sets up "learning Objectives ";enriches the content of "New Course Guide",creates the thinking environment;and forms a variety of manifestations of "classroom summary";and layered design exercises;and carries out " Post-class Reflection " in various aspects.It also showed improvement Biology Guidance cases and classroom practice cases,and conducted classroom observation and analysis.The results of the analysis show that: 1.The improved "Learning Objectives " of the guidance case are detailed,specific,and operability is strong.Teachers also pay attention to the penetration of the "learning goals" in the new lesson introduction;2.The "New Course Guide" is rich in content.Teachers can guide students to conduct exploration activities through group cooperation,which is beneficial to the cultivation of students’ abilities;3.“Classroom Summary” is flexible and diversified.Teachers can flexibly handle “Classroom Summary” in the teaching practice according to the design of the guide;4."Exercise Design" is rich in question types,moderate in the amount of questions,hierarchical design is for all students,and teachers can use exercises to learn and practice immediately and feedback in a timely manner;5.Guide students to carry out “Post-class Reflection” in all aspects of emotion,knowledge,ability and method,but the practical effect is not obvious.Then,from the problems existing in practice,the research was reconsidered,and combined with practice,the suggestions for the improvement of the current biological guiding case design in J High School were proposed: 1.Strengthen theoretical study to improve the quality of the Guidance Cases design;2.Pay attention to the “secondary lesson preparation”;3.Pay attention to group cooperation and inquiry,and teachers should guide reasonably;4.Classroom teaching should be flexible and changeable.Finally,the purpose of designing the Guidance case is to better assist teaching,how to effectively assess the effectiveness of using the Guidance case to conduct teaching,how to use the case as a medium to better train students’ abilities is the two aspects that need to be further studied in the future. |
