In the setting of the new curriculum reform,the application of the learning guide has become a model for implementing the new curriculum concept of independence,cooperation and explore.In order to change the passively-receiving learning style of students into an active acquisition-based learning style,in order to change the traditional indoctrinating teaching style of teachers into a situation-created teaching style,the school which I work in has gradually implemented the teaching reform with the learning guide as the carrier,and research a teaching model about the learning guide which is suitable for local class teaching since 2017.However,with the publication of "Key Competencies and Values for Chinese Students' Develop-ment",it is a primary task of basic education in our country to cultivating the key competencies of students,it is also an important measure for the implementation of Strengthening Morality Education.Ordinary high school biology curriculum standards will improve the key competencies of biology for students as a course objective.So,there are higher requirements on the design and application of the learning guide:to improve the key competencies of students witn the guidance-based teaching model.This article is trying to design and applicate the learning guide based on the key competencies of the high school biology,to cultivate the key competencies of the high school students.With the study of the theoretical knowledge about learning guide and key competencies,the author presents the process and principle to design the learning guide based on the key competencies of biology,this article will also research and discuss the development and design of various types of the guidance case such as new classes,training classes,review classes and experiment classes,whicn combines the actual situation of the high school teaching with the actual case of the learning guide.The purpose is to propose effective suggestions for the design and application of high school biological learning guide to improve the teaching of high school biological learning guide in order to cultivate high school students'key competencies of biology.
