From the 12th to the 13th century France,tennis has developed over 100 years and has now developed into a major player in the world including the Australian Open(Australian Open),French Open(French Open),Wimbledon(Wimbledon),The US Open tennis(US Open),these four major events collectively known as the "Grand Slam" event.Among them,the Australian Open is the youngest known Grand Slam tournament,but the Australian Open through continuous improvement of the system,management system,independent innovation,change management style,improve the competition system and strengthen market operations and other content,not only the Australian Open brand world-renowned events,But also bring the image of the country and the city deep into the hearts of the people and get highly recognized by the whole world.Tennis was introduced into China in the middle of the 19th century.It was not until the 2004 China Open was held for the first time that the competition started late and was short-lived.Therefore,there is still a big gap compared with the Australian Open.The Australian Open's experience in event organization and management,market mechanism and incentive mechanism can be worth learning from.Therefore,systematic and comprehensive research on the running mechanism of the AustralianOpen competition has far-reaching practical significance and theoretical value.In this paper,the operating mechanism as a starting point for the China and Australia Tennis Open tournament to conduct a comparative study to find out the similarities and differences between the operation of the network and the Australian Open.Trying to draw lessons from some advanced experiences in the running of the Australian Open tennis events and putting forward some new ideas and countermeasures in light of the actual situation in our country so as to make suggestions for the popularization and promotion of the China Tennis tournament so as to speed up the development of tennis in China.In this paper,the methods of literature review,literature review,questionnaire survey,data analysis,logical analysis and comparative study are used to compare the operating mechanism of the China Australia Open Tennis Tournament between management mechanism,market operation mechanism and incentive mechanism,Safeguard mechanism and so on there are similarities and differences.Concluded as follow:1.since the founding of the China Open tennis tournament,it has been developing rapidly,and has been greatly improved in terms of organization management,operation and service guarantee.The competition is becoming more and more mature and diversified.However,because of the popularity and influence of other reasons,also let thenetwork appear some unsatisfactory places,proving that the event still needs to be developed.2.the organization and management of China Open tennis tournament has been preliminarily perfected.It can finish the operation and development of events well,but the government led administrative operation has replaced the market operation management,thus affecting the market and the commercialization development of competition system.3.the Chinese Tennis Open is held in Beijing,capital of China.Its culture is deep.But compared with the tennis culture of Australia for 100 years,after all,because of the short time of holding,the brand of the tournament needs to be improved.4.Chinese tennis tournament in the propaganda broadcast events,exposure rate and foreign broadcast ratings although the steady growth in the domestic,but only limited to the platform of CCTV sports channel and individual patronage networks and local broadcast channels are numbered,and emphasize on the official website of new media propaganda and promotion efforts is obviously insufficient.5.Chinese tennis tournament held a number of sponsors early has increased significantly,the bonus amount is also growing year by year,but the brand sponsorship is only limited to domestic brands,international visibility is low,and the sponsorship form a single,most of the main kind of serious imbalance,resulting in events of incomes,although there is an increase in bonuses but more also difference far.6.,although China Tennis Tournament is improving continuously in terms of tournament service,players' guarantee service is more systematic than audience service.Spectator service,as one of the main participants of the tournament,has failed to feel more humane,rationalized and comprehensive service guarantee.
