The development of information technology has promoted education reform to a great extent.From the electronic whiteboard,smartphones and other hardware conditions improving,to update of network software,education resources,to the education reform and the implementation of the "new",provides a perfect software and hardware resources.Next,it requires teachers to improve their information technology literacy,take the "weapon" of information technology in their hands,and play a "time air war" to improve education teaching experience.Then,in the teaching process teachers can changing education idea,can take advantage of these new media resources change teaching methods,adopting appropriate teaching strategies,let the students to participate in the learning space,create a harmonious and happy atmosphere,and then implement more effective teaching evaluation,improve the students physical learning experience,to enhance students’ core literacy will be the key to the success or failure "air".In this paper,we study in the school of sichuan nakae middle school,the school for the provincial key high school completely,78 high school classes are equipped with classes equipment,school three 5 of the students from rural areas,is a typical county high school.Limited to the school teaching resources and the management pattern,this article only on interactive electronic whiteboard and smartphones is applied to the teaching and learning of two kinds of new media devices in study,to have more new media equipment at the county level and above the school’s teaching has certain reference value.Research process,the author USES literature analysis to the related literature at home and abroad to collect,sort out,the results of the analysis(table 1.1 and table 1.2)found that the following problems: in the subject teaching is used when a new media;When studying the application of new media technology,the scope of technology use is wide.The author is the use of the above two kinds of new media devices targeted for physics teaching: first,in the student stage of preparation before class,the author use smart phones in the QQ group for testing and evaluation to the student,at the same time the students use smart phones for self-test and mutual;Then,the author according to the results of students practice,corresponding with the interactive electronic whiteboard lesson preparation,and use the interactive electronic whiteboard effective classroom teaching: teaching in the classroom,the author USES several teaching strategy,make full use of the new media of existing equipment in auxiliary teaching;Finally,students are evaluated again by using smart phones.It is the innovation of this paper to use different new media to teach in different teaching stages and to create the structural model of new media teaching in different stages.After completion of the whole teaching process,the author of all participating student to carry on the questionnaire survey,and the implementation of teaching physics teacher interview investigation,and finally analyzes the result of the survey and the interview,the results showed that: compared with traditional teaching,the use of new media teaching has greatly increased the teacher’s information literacy and the teaching level,and improve the students’ learning experience.The research of this paper aims to promote the change of teaching methods and provide a more effective way for teachers and students to communicate with each other.For conditions with normal school,the teacher may through the study of this paper,the theory and practice,give full play to the role of the existing many kinds of new media,improve teachers’ media literacy,maximum limit for the student to obtain good learning experience,development and lifelong learning for students’ comprehensive quality and lay the foundation.
