Learning physics must be closely related to life,because life experience plays a vital role in students’ learning physics well.Students learn physics phenomenon is often through the operation of experimental instruments,through the summary of the phenomenon.However,some physical knowledge and phenomena lack the correlation with students’ life experience,and the experimental conclusions are not combined with life experience to remember,resulting in physics experiments difficult to understand,the conclusions difficult to remember,making students have a heavy learning burden and low efficiency.At the same time,in the junior high school teaching,test the baton of the middle school teachers by sea tactics to deal with the exam,and a lot of homework to the teachers and students ’precious time,but also increased the students’ learning burden,causing lack of students’ interest in learning,thus affect the comprehensive development of students’ core quality,also seriously affected the students’ physical and mental health.The existing life experience plays a very important role in students ’physics learning.This paper aims to integrate the life experience into junior middle school physics teaching,and discuss in practice how to use students’ existing life experience to help junior middle school physics teaching,reduce the burden of students and effectively improve the learning efficiency.Therefore,how to reduce students’ homework burden in physics teaching and improve the quality and efficiency of physics learning is worth in-depth research and discussion.The specific work content of this study is as follows:This paper adopts literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and experimental methods.First of all,the definition of life experience,characteristics,connotation and at home and abroad with life as the starting point to carry out the teaching research situation has carried on the comprehensive analysis,found that many scholars at home and abroad emphasize teaching should be close to student life,advocate from life to teaching,by teaching life teaching mode,put forward the physics from life and higher than life.Then,the paper investigated and analyzed the main reasons for the students’ poor learning effect,low learning efficiency and heavy learning burden in the process of learning physics.Through the investigation,the feasibility analysis of using life experience to help students learn "burden reduction and increasing efficiency" was conducted,and found that whether in the perspective of teachers "teaching" or in the perspective of students "learning",the way of using students’ life experience to promote the burden reduction and efficiency of junior middle school physics is popular and basically feasible.On this basis,the teaching practice is studied to promote the burden reduction and increase the efficiency of junior middle school physics based on students’ life experience.First of all,the corresponding teaching principles and procedures were formulated.Through the teaching research of typical cases such as "The Law of convex Lens Imaging" in the second stage,the practical teaching based on students’ life experience was introduced in detail,so as to realize the whole process of "reducing burden and increasing efficiency" of physics learning.Finally,the results of students’ periodic test results,student interview and classroom observation records were analyzed statistically.From the analysis results,it is obvious that the way of conducting physics teaching based on students’ life experience plays a vital role in optimizing the learning effect,improving the learning efficiency and reducing the learning burden.Therefore,if you want to learn physics well,it is necessary to open a breakthrough from life,with life as the center of the circle,students’ life experience as the radius,from the big step of passive learning into the ladder small step of active learning.Based on students’ life experience,physics teaching emphasizes guiding students to take life experience as the center,and explore the guidance and driving force of life experience to the teaching and learning of new knowledge.In the process of completing from life to physics,the implementation of the new curriculum standard requirements,and finally achieve "burden reduction and efficiency".
