In today's elementary school mathematics class teaching,teachers lack the consciousness of summarizing their teaching methods,patterns and forming their own unique teaching personality.Students lack the initiative to learn because they are not interested.How can primary school mathematics teachers form their own teaching personality in combination with their own characteristics? Which is helpful in cultivating students' interest and enhancing their initiative to learn.Therefore,in order to provide a theoretical and practical paradigm about how to form a teaching personality and impel primary school teachers to build an unique teaching personality,we're on a comparison of Huang Aihua and Hua Yinglong's teaching personality in primary school mathematics.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method,case study method and comparative research method to compare and analyze Huang Aihua and Hua Yinglong's teaching personality in primary school mathematics.Firstly,it probes into their teaching idea and the origin of their teaching personality.Secondly,it shows the various teaching operations of Huang Aihua and Hua Yinglong's teaching personality in heterogeneous forms for the same subject perspective.Thirdly,it generalizes the idiosyncratic structure of their teaching personality — "charm class" by recording their class teaching and research teaching cases.Finally,it systematically sorts out,refines and summarizes the teaching inspiration which is brought to “me” by their teaching personality.By sorting out and analyzing a great deal of literature from Huang Aihua and Hua Yinglong,comparing the difference between their teaching personality,I come to the conclusion that teacher Huang Aihua's teaching is close to students' life and reality.He regards "big question" as the main thread throughout the teaching,pays attention to the development of students in the teaching and always sets up "elaborate","fun","ingenious" teaching processes to stimulate students to explore the problem.While teacher Hua Yinglong's teaching is "error correction" centered,which is based on the development of students and explores the value of correcting errors.Although the teaching philosophy and teaching style of the two teachers are different in the teaching process,they will both focus on the personalized needs and development of the students,and they will teach the students as needed.This paper intends to provide multiple solutions for amending the existing inadequacy when elementary school mathematics teachers are developing their own teachingpersonality,help them to build an unique teaching personality and give students a dynamic,diverse and alive mathematics class.In addition,we hope to provide a paradigm about how elementary school mathematics teachers form a teaching personality and that it can also provides a reference for other subjects teachers to form their teaching personality.
