Conflicts in communicating among children in Kindergarten are common and inevitable.The phenomenon could reflect the developmental level of children's social cognition,social emotion and social behavior,in the meantime,offer the challenging specific situations for their advancing in those aspects.Whether the hidden education value in this peer conflicts could be dug out or not depends on the interference and direction of teachers.Through naturalistic observation method and interviewing method,this research,based on statistics collected from 31 children and 2 teachers in a certain kindergarten of Nanjing City,probes into the current condition of teacher interference in peer conflicts among children in kindergarten.The researcher collected 53 cases of such interference,and did quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis according to interviews with two teachers.First,quantitative description of time,background,initiative and manner of teachers,interference was done.Second,the researcher did qualitative analysis on the basis of above and made several conclusions.For example,education and guidance of teachers in interference will improve children's ability of communicating and problem solving;gradual process of interference would arouse rather active feedback;specific strategies of interference intend to be group discussion and consultation;the interference follows the principle of individual difference;there are differences between inexperienced and experienced teachers in conflict interference;the emotion of teachers intends to be neutral or negative.Third,the researcher explored the influences of the conflict interference from five aspects:the background of conflicts,children's character,parents' participation,management of kindergarten,and teachers.Based on the conclusion,researcher's own suggestions and thoughts are given:teachers should control their own emotion among children's conflicts and try to focus on the feelings of children;teachers should exchange ideas often within the group so that to learn from each other and improve teaching ability together;kindergarten should offer proper platforms for communicating and sharing among teachers.The society should improve the parent's educational attainment.
