Student Management Of Jiangxi Academy In Qing Dynasty

As the college of education in ancient times,it is an important birthplace and development of Chinese traditional culture.Since ancient times,the academy of jiangxi has ranked among the best in both quantity and quality.The qing dynasty was the golden age of the development of jiangxi colleges and universities,which left a great legacy in the history of college development.During the reign of emperor kangxi and qianlong,the academy developed rapidly,and the total amount of reconstruction and new construction was far ahead of the generation.Moreover,there are many kinds of colleges,mainly teaching,examination and examination.By the late qing dynasty,influenced by western culture,the academy introduced western learning to train practical talents.In this paper,using literature analysis and comparative research,according to the college learning rules,remember and chorography and so on,to collect a lot of useful information about the college student management in jiangxi province in the qing dynasty,from the students' moral,academic,educational administration and routine four aspects were studied.This paper first analyzes the goal of moral admonition of the college,discusses the reason of the moral admonition of the academy,and summarizes the main points of moral persuasion;Then in school management,colleges can be divided into four categories: college,take an examination of course college teaching type,give priority to with textual research of the college and the introduction of western college,and from the academy of learning content,learning requirements,and discusses the examination discipline;Then,the academic affairs management of the college students was studied,and the students' source,living allowance,school year and the management of the books were summarized.Finally studied the college routine management to student's life,from daily life,clothing,words and respect and dating aspects discusses the content of management,strictly self-abnegation,modesty,ring boss talk,stop drinking alcohol,gambling,etc,to explore the way of life management and method,found life management is the core of the academy to develop education.Talent is the future of the country,good education,is our educators,and education is the most fundamental starting point,the Chinese civilization from top to bottom in five thousand,the academy there are more than two thousand years,and has played a pivotal role,left a valuable asset for us.In student management,college moral education first,pay attention to student's character,cultivate the group after group of talents,is worth us using for reference.
