Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Of College Students In The New Era From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

With the first proposal of craftsmanship spirit in the government work report in2016 and the emphasis on promoting craftsmanship spirit by the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the inheritance,cultivation and promotion of craftsmanship spirit has become a hot issue in many disciplines.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,summary induction and theoretical analysis,and on the basis of summarizing the background and significance of the research,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,research ideas and methods,innovation points and shortcomings,this paper introduces and integrates the craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.From this perspective,the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in colleges and universities in the new era is under discussion.First,the paper studies the inherent fit between craftsmanship spirit and ideological and political education.Through the theoretical elaboration of the craftsmanship spirit in the new era and the connotation and mission of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it is proposed that inheriting,cultivating and carrying forward craftsmanship spirit is the important content of ideological and political education in the new era.It points out that cultivating craftsmanship spirit is consistent with the mission of building up morality and cultivating human beings,and carrying forward Chinese spirit.The author demonstrates the possibility and the necessity of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit in the new era from the perspective of ideological and political education.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit in the new era,points out the opportunities faced by the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit in the new era from the modern transformation of traditional craftsmanship spirit and the call for craftsmanship spirit in the new era.At the same time,there are still some problems in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in the new era,such as the lack of strong cultural atmosphere,the poor institutional environment,and the lack of systematic curriculum.And the causes of the problem are summarized from two aspects: internal and external factors.Thirdly,according to the existing problems and the causes,the author puts forward the path choice of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit in the new era from the perspective of ideological and political education from the three levels of the state,society and universities.At the national level,it is necessary to create a good system environment and provide perfect labor law guarantee,at the social level.It is imperative to create a good cultural atmosphere,to advocate the spirit of labor struggle and promote good professional atmosphere;at the university level,it is desirable to develop the characteristic campus culture,to set up systematic vocational courses,and to stimulate the internal motivation of teachers and students.Finally,in the conclusion part,the author summarizes the research points and conclusions of this paper,and puts forward the future research trend and prospect combined with the existing research contents.This paper focuses mainly on the basic theoretical research—little on the practical promotion and specific cases—of craftsmanship spirit and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Through the breakthrough in the research vision of vocational colleges and the introduction of craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,studying the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit among college students in the new era from the perspective of ideological and political education,explaining the craftsmanship spirit in the new era,and putting forward the principles,rules and paths of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a brand-new research topic and a long-term one alike.
