| In recent years,in the course reform of the secondary vocational education in Zhejiang Province,the general idea is to introduce the selective educational thought into the secondary vocational curriculum reform,and to endow the students with more learning options,which includes the choice of curriculum,the choice of profession and the choice of academic system.At the same time,give the school corresponding curriculum,professional,academic system to determine the right.This article is based on this idea,is committed to the development of vocational schools in Zhejiang Province high-end sports talent,explore the experience of teaching a new model.The main purpose of this study is to use experiential teaching,through situational settings,teaching guidance,group learning and other methods can be suitable for the promotion of vocational schools.This paper takes the new century business vocational School of Hangzhou as the experimental object,taking experiential teaching method as research object,using literature method,teaching experiment method,interview method,questionnaire method and so on,after the reform of secondary vocational class,we use experiential teaching method in badminton teaching of Kai Yuan Business Vocational School in Hangzhou,including preparation before class,teaching operation,Teaching evaluation and other teaching steps conducted in-depth investigation and experimental research.The results show that experiential teaching can improve students ’ participation and satisfaction and improve their mastery of theory and skills.Statistics show that the technical level of students has also improved significantly.Experiential teaching plays an important role in the teaching work of students,enhances the ability of mutual cooperation among students,reviews and helps each other,and is very important to improve the quality of teaching.It is helpful to improve students ’ self-confidence through reasonable design and teacher’s guidance.At the same time,the experiential teaching takes the student as the main body,fully respects the student’s subjectivity,has mobilized the student’s enthusiasm,has the important function to the enhancement student’s participation degree as well as the training student’s lifelong exercise consciousness.In order to make recommendations for the implementation of the whole curriculum reform in the secondary vocational school,it will contribute to the implementation of the health Promotion project of the secondary vocational students in Zhejiang Province,and to the ultimate goal of improving the physique health status of the adolescents in Zhejiang.In order to achieve the experiential teaching effect,it is suggested that teachers should be fully prepared before class to grasp the individual differences of students.At the same time,after school hours to arrange some homework,to facilitate the exchange of students,consolidate and improve.Teachers also need to master students ’ psychological activities in teaching,answer questions,improve students "experience" effect.In the design of physical education teaching,teachers should start from the angle of students,do their aptitude according to the different characteristics of students in the curriculum design. |
