Since 2001, the country launched a new round of sports and health courses, more than a decade, Physical Education and Health Classroom undergone a welcome change, and achieved some results. With the 2011 version of the subject of the introduction and implementation of courses, experiential teaching methods with a new attitude in every classroom to start, but is also used by Physical Education and Health. Experiential pedagogy has changed the traditional teaching students passive acceptance, more attention to student consciousness, through teacher-led, student body form, so that students in a real or virtual environment through experience to perceive, understand, comprehend, verification teaching content, so that students acquire knowledge to achieve both the formation of the concept of autonomy, judgment, skill and initiative to grasp. This physical exercise for students to master skills and lifelong sportsconsciousness has a positive effect. However, whether the use of experiential teaching physical education and health programs to achieve their goals, and can improve the effectiveness of physical education and health classes, the lack of experimental support. Therefore, this study attempts through the use of options in high school basketball Teaching Experience Approach to explore the effectiveness of experiential teaching exercise can improve student attitudes and inspire students to participate in sports situations motivation, promote student movement skills to master and improve students’ physical fitness, to get whether it can improve the sports and health courses Experimental support, but also to enrich the existing teaching methods, provide a reference for the reform of the high school sports and health coursesIn this paper, the literature, experiments, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods in-depth and meticulous research, draw the following conclusions:1. High school basketball course using experiential teaching school students can cultivate emotions, purify their hearts; so that students can get a good hint or enlightenment in Physical and Health Education of learning; help students subjective consciousness, creative thinking and adaptation ability; help stimulate students’ interest in learning; to help students learn how to learn so that students gradually develop self-learning, self-exercise habits.2. Experimental results show that the experimental class in three indicators of special skills in basketball test showed that there were significant differences between the control classes and shows experiential teaching method can improve students’ basketball skill level of the student movement skills to master since to an effective role in promoting.3. The survey results show that exercise can objectively reflect students’ attitudes eight dimensions, in addition to behavior, subjective criteria, the other six dimensions: behavior and attitude, the target attitude, behavior cognitive, behavioral intentions, emotional experience, a sense of behavior control data and can objectively reflect the motive of the student movement: internal motivation, lack of motivation. After the experiment, the difference between the experimental class and the control class is remarkable. Reflecting the high school basketball course using experiential teaching exercise can effectively improve the attitude of high school students; inspire students exercise motive, to promote students’ sports participation and develop a positive sense of self-worth has a positive impact.The results reflect the students’ standing long jump, 50 meters to run, throw the medicine ball with both hands head scores significantly improved after the experiment, there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control classes. After the description of the high school basketball course using experiential teaching exercise to improve attitudes and inspire exercise motive promotes student learning and awareness initiatives to improve the physical fitness of students.
