With the increasing emphasis on the right to education for children with disabilities in China,coupled with the consideration of China's national conditions,the policy of attending classes has emerged.This article takes the policy of education assistance for children with disabilities attending class in China as the research object,analyzes the relevant policy texts of children with disabilities attending classes,and investigates the situation of children attending classes in Beipiao,Liaoning Province,and finds that education for disabled children attends classes.The insufficiency of policies and the corresponding countermeasures for how to improve the policy system for studying in classes.The full text of the article is divided into five parts in addition to the introduction:In the first part of the literature review,the author divides the domestic research content into work attending classes,studying the social policy of disabled children in regular classes,and studying the support guarantee system for regular students.The content of foreign studies first summarizes the changes in the trend of international special children's education,and then analyzes the development of special education policies in Europe,the United States,Canada,and India.The starting point of this paper is to understand the needs of children attending classes and seek support from a social support network for multiple aspects and in-depth support,and to establish a policy system that includes the supporting support system for attending classes.The second part first defines the concepts of schooling,disabled children,and education assistance policies,and then puts forward the theoretical basis for this study.They are inclusive education theory and social support network theory.Finally,the analysis framework of this paper is put forward.The third part is a comprehensive discussion of the research methods.First of all,the author outlines the selection method,composition and characteristics of the research object,and introduces the data collection tools,data collection procedures and data analysis methods in the process of thesis writing.In the fourth part,it first analyzes the changes in education assistance policy for children with disabilities attending classes and then analyzes the environment,goals,and resources of disabled children in China.Finally,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of policies.The fifth part of the research conclusions and recommendations,the author put forward that in the emphasis on policy formulation,improve the policy system to follow the class,we must implement the concept of inclusive education,reconstruction of the macro-policy level to follow the class;for different departments of the right to legislate;perfect to attend class Teacher qualification access system.Strengthen cooperation with third-party organizations or institutions in the implementation of policies,attach importance to family factors,give full play to community strength,attach importance to the participation of social organizations,enterprises,and volunteers,and attach importance to the power of social work.In perfecting the work monitoring and assessment mechanism for regular classes,it is necessary to improve the monitoring of the work of regular work attendance,the identification and evaluation of students studying in regular classes,and the strength of social work organizations in the assessment.
