| Preschool integrated education is the trend in the development of special education.It refers to an educational form in which ordinary children and special children receive care education together in the same educational environment.However,studies have shown that in the implementation of preschool integrated education,the development of special children’s regular behavior affects the acceptance of special children by preschool teachers and ordinary children’s parents.They are often rejected by ordinary kindergartens because of their weak awareness of rules.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate their good regular behavior.Children’s regular behavior is an activity that conforms to the code of conduct and norms in children’s daily life,learning,interpersonal communication and other activities.This study intervenes the regular behavior of children with developmental retardation,hoping to help the subjects integrate into the collective life of kindergarten better and faster,and provide experience reference for preschool integrated education.Based on the comprehensive understanding of the behavior development of the subjects,such as communication rules,learning rules and life rules,using the methods of observation and interview,combined with the evaluation of the rating scale,it is found that the subjects still have great room for improvement in communication and learning rules.The whole research process lasted about 9 months.With the support of professionals and shadow teachers,targeted intervention programs were formulated and implemented from two aspects: subjective factors such as cognition,action and emotion and objective factors such as peers,families and preschool teachers,and achieved certain results.At present,the subjects have not only established good rules and behaviors,but also been recognized and accepted by the kindergarten.They have started the integrated learning journey in the second semester.Reviewing the whole research process,it is full of difficulties and challenges,but it also ushered in an optimistic result.Due to the guidance and help of professionals,the cooperation of families,the drive of peers and the acceptance of kindergartens,the subjects’ regular behavior has made great progress.Researchers put forward relevant educational suggestions from three aspects: professionals,families and kindergartens.Only the joint efforts of the three parties can promote the smooth development of preschool integrated education. |
