| High employee turnover rate,normalized employee turnover and employees go-slow attitude is ubiquitous among enterprises in China.Employees‘psychological contract breach had caused serious impact,which greatly hindering enterprises’ rapid development under the economic upward trend,and it also impacting employees in their career development deadly.Therefore,it is urgent to build a stable psychological contract for the enterprise and employee.There is a feasible theoretical basis for this phenomenon,that is constructing the theory of specific group work method and rational emotion therapy theory,human resource management psychological contract in enterprise social work.This study takes Jinan Y company as the object,methods with the questionnaire survey and interviews to investigate the current state of the employees’ psychological contract of Y company.From the survey in Y company we found that:72.9% of employees will produce ideas against the facts when after a fierce contradiction in the working-day,and 75.3% of workers said that they will affect the working attitude.At the same time,the Y company employees’ satisfaction in transaction dimension,development dimension and relation dimension are decreasing.Based on the investigation and theoretical basis of rational emotional therapy,implement the activities by team working methods,this paper probes into the application of group work in the psychological contract building,which for improving employees’ satisfaction,building a stable psychological contract,reduc ing the psychological contract,and finally realizing the employee and enterprise’s common development.Group activity included five sections,and it last a month,by interactive games with team members,sitcoms deduce,PPT lecture,group communication and the perspective-taking plot simulation and other forms,team members learned to recognize and contentious irrational beliefs,improved relationships,built a stable psychological contract.Through process evaluation and result evaluation,combining with interviews and observations,it was found that employees’ psychological contract deal small variations in dimension and development dimension score,relationship dimension scores improved significantly.The relationship between team members has improved obviously,and the direct communication between team members and the management,team members and team members is more close.The main conclusions of this study is: this group activity is valid.Group working plays a positive role in the construction of psychological contract.According to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as introducing professional social workers,and establishing communication channels. |
