Study On Barriers And Solutions Of Interpersonal Communication For Contemporary College Students In The View Of Ideological And Political Aspects

Interpersonal communication is very important for the contemporary youth，especially social development rapidly now, it requires the relationship between peopleare not only closely but also independence, however, the situation of college studentsare deficiency, more than eighty percent of them are only children. They are lack ofexperience of sibling relationship interaction, many parents to do too much things fortheir children, this lead to modern college students who don’t know how to get alongwith people. When they face the complicated interpersonal relationship they feelconfused. How to conduct effective education from the perspective of ideological andpolitical education is an important subject.This article from the perspective of ideological and political education, and usepsychology, sociology, and other disciplines of research results, by adopting thecombination of theoretical analysis and empirical research method, literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey to the status quo of contemporary collegestudents’ interpersonal communication and outstanding characteristics, and analyzesthe barriers and cause of the college students’ communication, study on the barriersand solutions of interpersonal communication for contemporary college students inthe view of ideological and political aspects.In this paper, for college students’ interpersonal communication mainly discussesthe following problems: First, the interpersonal relationship with ideological andpolitical education. Second, according to the questionnaire, it analyzed theinterpersonal communication of college students. Third, it discussed the interpersonalbottleneck and performance of college students. Fourth, find out the cause of thecollege students’ interpersonal communication bottleneck. Fifth, according to theprinciple of ideological and political education, we should guide students have a correct way of their interpersonal countermeasure.Through the ideological and political education, improve the psychologicalquality of college students, develop the positive consciousness and desire of contacts,strengthen the communication concepts of college students, improve theircommunication skills, and continuous adjustment of interpersonal relationship, andlearn to self education.
