As a complex social phenomenon,people's understanding are still in the exploration stage.The campus reading culture construction takes spirit as the core,the material as the foundation,the system as the guarantee,the behavior as the guidance,through the dominant and the recessive factor to work together with the teachers and students.Junior high school campus culture construction to build strong reading atmosphere,cultivate the students' interest in reading and improve reading quality,forming good reading attitude,correct reading habit and proper reading method,build campus reading brand characteristics,improve the image of the school running level and education has important practical significance.The core values of socialism can be cultivated and practiced by adopting the campus spirit of culture and culture.The study found that there are some problems in the construction of reading culture in junior middle school:the reading time of junior high school students is lower than the international average,and the number of reading activities per semester is generally less.The main administrative management,the institutionalized construction lags behind the material construction;The main body of the construction is relatively single,and the role of students and teachers is not fully played.There is a shortage of reading guidance teachers,and the specialty needs to be strengthened.Internet reading resources are shelved,technology development power is not enough.In view of the status quo,material input is the foundation of the construction of campus reading culture,the government should increase financial input and policy tilt,schools also need to integrate all resources together to improve the campus reading environment;Based on the student's grade,the student cadre,student organization,or community experience helps to improve the campus reading activities,requires clear subject status of students,to cultivate students according to student's body and mind development regularity;Teacher is the direct participants,is one of the key figures,need to be provide,stimulation,demonstration and response,etc,therefore,to enhance their professional knowledge and theory of literacy,in order to satisfy the demands of students' diversified and personalized reading;In order to realize the transition from self-discipline to other law,the most effective method is to perfect the system construction,and to speed up the system of reading activity management,teacher reading guidance and student regulation.Network reading in today's reading occupies more and more big proportion,how to use the network reading resources for people on its thinking,the correct understanding and filtering network reading resources,realize the resource sharing is worthy of further study.
