Relying on the development of the Internet and sports media industry,the sports media industry in the new media era ushered in the opportunity and challenge of development.Based on the analysis of the current research status of sports media in China and abroad,the trend of foreign research is on the rise,and the research theory and the positive development of the sports media industry.The research direction of domestic research includes concept research,current research,relationship research,competition copyright research and case study,among which the case is dominated by large sports media enterprises.Compared with foreign countries,the domestic sports media industry has less research,and the theoretical research is not in harmony with the empirical research,the latter is less;The main body of case study is large sports media enterprises,lack of thinking about medium and small sports media enterprises;The research methods tend to analyze the external environment,such as SWOT analysis and porter's five forces analysis.This subject adopts the main research methods of documentary,expert interview and case analysis method,innovation points embodied in the "Zobo Sports" the case of the sports media,small and medium enterprises,and starting from the enterprise internal,on the basis of the theory of business model for analysis.The method of literature and case analysis is adopted to supplement the theory and practice.From the two dimensions of time and space,the development of sports media in the new media era is analyzed,and the development opportunities and challenges of sports media in the new media era are brought forward.The opportunity is reflected in the communication technology upgrade,the content rich and the subject diversification;The challenge lies in the impact of new media on traditional sports media in terms of audio-visual experience and propagation speed,as well as the fierce competition driven by marketization.Traditional sports media should combine new media to innovate under the premise of preserving their own advantages.This topic on the basis of the existing business model of homogeneity,combined with yuan and Internet industry specific model,the business model has perfect logical relationship,finally chosen to locate,key resources,business system and revenue model as the constituent elements of the concept of business model.Analysis,business model has a unique window of palm on sports in positioning for mass sports service content,however,due to the relatively weak financial strength factors such as resource capacity,business content is limited,mainly on event marketing service class,less income,etc.The revelation:economic strength is the core element of development;The new media market of mass sports competition needs to be developed urgently;The cultivation of professional application-oriented sports talents is imminent;Sports media's profit means still need to grope.On the basis of revelation,Suggestions and prospects are put forward.The development of sports media industry in new media era needs financing laws,talents,service level and detailed market support.The development of sports media industry in the future is worthy of expectation.
