“Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)” points out that the basic concept of the new curriculum is “based on students' development”.The curriculum reform strongly promotes the independent,cooperative and exploratory learning method.The teaching mode of “teaching after learning and training in the class” embodies the concept of the new curriculum reform,which has strong applicability.“Learning before teaching” is the unique classroom teaching mode of Yangsi Middle School in Taixing,Jiangsu Province.It is a subversive reform of the traditional teaching mode of “teaching before learning and training after class”.Based on researches of Yangsi Middle School,the president Cai Linsen puts forward the teaching mode of “teaching after learning and training in the class” in primary school.Therefore,it is very necessary to deeply study this kind of teaching mode in practice,which provides a good foundation for implementing concepts of the new curriculum.It also lays a good foundation for promoting students' development.Transforming teachers' teaching behavior and students' learning modes are the basic and difficult points the new curriculum reform.This article studies how to apply the basic concept of the new curriculum reform into daily primary school mathematical teaching work.Combined with the teaching reform practice of Yangsi Middle School and Yongwei School and reflection of teachers' teaching practice,this article studies mathematical teaching problems due to the application of the teaching mode of “teaching after learning and training in the class” in the second stage of elementary mathematical classroom teaching.Based on practical experience and existing theoretical and practical achievements,the author uses such methodologies as literature research,case studies,action research and classroom observation.Taking the intermediate grade in M Primary School in the Aba prefecture as an example,the article studies existing problems in the application of the teaching mode of “teaching after learning and training in the class”.Then it finds strategies and measures to improve implementation.M Primary School in the Aba prefecture is located in the Tibetan area.Currently most students are children of migrant workers and rural migrant labors.Poor family living conditions and behindhand family educational modes and other factors lead that such students' learning habits and learning quality are a serious shortage.This article firstly does a deep analysis of the purpose,significance,methodologies and innovations of this research.Based on researches,this articles explores the implementation of teaching modes from the perspective of the intermediate grade in elementary schools.Taking the implementation of the mathematical teaching mode of “teaching after learning and Exercises” Mode in Primary school mathematics training in the class” in the Aba prefecture's M primary School's intermediate grades,combined with field researches and known information,this article analyzes reasons for existing problems in the implementation from two aspects of students and teachers through status analysis.It tries to put forward relative strategies which can improve the effectiveness of the mathematical teaching mode of “teaching after learning and training in the class” in the intermediate grade in elementary schools.Then it gives an overview of the mathematical teaching model of “teaching after learning and training in the class” in primary schools from three aspects,including its connotation and characteristics,operational requirements and procedures,theoretical basis and practical sources.Then it describes the practice status and current problems the mathematical teaching mode of “teaching after learning and training in the class” in the second phase of practice in primary schools.Then,according to problems in the implementation of the mathematical teaching mode of “teaching after learning and training in the class” primary schools,this article analyzes its reasons and countermeasures of implementation strategies.Finally,this article summarizes and analyzes research results,analyzing its shortcomings and prospects.The author points out that we require the right attitude toward “teaching after learning and training in the class” and we object to the model theory.We advocate varying with each place,each class and individual.It finally aims at transforming an mode into an theory.This article has carried out the active practice and theory thinking,analysis and promotion to the teaching mode of “teaching after learning and training in the class”.It aims to promote the development and improvement of this mode,contributing to a due force to the reform of the new curriculum.It finds the fit point between our classroom teaching reform and the development of the times and it also finds an effective way to implement the new curriculum reform's concepts.At the same time,it also plays a certain role in exploring the local educational theory under the current wave of courses globalization.
