In recent years,the State has promulgated a series of documents,in order to speed up the development of vocational education to make the top level design,it can be seen that the state for secondary vocational education highly.Information technology,as the representative of the current social advanced productivity,has become an important pillar of China’s economic development and a strategic support for China to become a powerful network.But at present the information technology classroom teaching condition of secondary vocational school is not optimistic,the teacher teaching method is single,the general students ’ enthusiasm for learning is not high,and the knowledge of information technology subject can not be interested in learning.This requires that secondary vocational schools should pay attention to the change of information technology classroom teaching mode.Turning the classroom as a new teaching mode,it solves this problem very well,its teaching method is novel,the students ’ learning atmosphere is relaxed,and it wins many teachers and students ’ favor.As one of the hot topics in international education research,the research of core literacy is almost blank in the study of core accomplishment in vocational colleges.In the face of the rapid development of information technology,the situation of core literacy research,in order to respond to the national call to improve the core competitiveness of its students,as the main force for the transfer of talent to society,secondary vocational colleges and universities for students of information technology discipline core quality of the research must be put on the agenda Therefore,this study takes the course of the computer network technology of the secondary vocational school as an example,using the flip-classroom model as the training mode of the core accomplishment of the information technology discipline of the secondary vocational students,after deeply understanding the connotation of the core quality of the information technology discipline,the micro-course and guide case sent to the students before the class are carefully designed,through the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,Interview method,observation method for secondary vocational students to carry out a six-year information technology discipline of the core literacy training empirical study.The results show that flip-class is more effective than traditional teaching mode in cultivating students ’ core accomplishment of information technology discipline.Its experience and deficiencies can provide a reference for subsequent researchers.
