With the rapid development of science technology and information technology, people gradually realized the importance of information literacy and the information technology course is the most important part of training student’s good information literacy. But under the influence of the traditional teaching mode, the effect of classroom teaching in the information technology course is not ideal. So how to solve the problem in the information technology course of teaching efficiency is low, single teaching model, students lack of learning motivation and through the information technology course to cultivate the student’s autonomous learning ability, hand-on ability and innovative consciousness become a problem which needs to be settled.With the deepening of “student centered” education idea and micro video, electronic bag are widely used in the field of education. A new way of teaching-the flipped classroom model got more and more attention. The rise of it set off a global education revolution and provides a new development train of thought for the teaching and learning in our country. In a foreign country, Many schools are adopting the flip classroom model for classroom teaching and made great achievements. In the face of this new type of teaching mode, most schools have also started to follow in practice in our country. But most of the practice subject are major subjects and in the domestic and foreign research literature about the flipped classroom model in junior middle school information technology course the theoretical analysis more than a practical application. In order to better achieve the goal of training students’ information literacy, the author finishing and analysis literature about the flipped classroom model, sum flip the flipped classroom model of the definition, origin, implementation process and the development present situation at home and abroad. Through the analysis of the advantages of the flipped classroom model and the lack of junior middle school information technology course in the process of application. On the basis of general “flip the classroom” teaching process, based on blended learning theory, constructivism learning theory and application of the principle of the flipped classroom model in junior middle school information technology course to design the suitable “flip the classroom” teaching process for junior middle school information technology course in our country. Lastly select a lesson in the junior middle school information technology course to design. In Chang Xing island junior high school the first grade of the information technology course as the research object to practice. Through the contrast experiment, verify the design of the “flip the classroom” teaching process effectiveness in junior middle school information technology course, in order to solve the problems existing in the junior middle school information technology course, to improve teaching efficiency and the quality of teaching.This research expected to provide the reference for the flipped classroom model in the implementation of junior middle school information technology course in our country, promote the junior middle school information technology curriculum teaching reform, perfect the flipped classroom model, turn the flipped classroom model localization, more suitable for learning and practical teaching environment of our country. Let the flipped classroom model give full play to the advantages to improve the teaching quality of junior middle school information technology course in our country.
