For a long time,rural education is an area of continuous national concern,especially the construction of rural teachers.They serve as the foundation for the development of rural education.It is directly related to the quality and stability of education in rural areas,the development of rural teachers is closely related to their job satisfaction.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the job satisfaction of rural teachers.Inner Mongolia as part of minority areas,it has its own reality.The job satisfaction of rural primary school teachers in Inner Mongolia is related to the development of education in rural areas.This study analyzed the job satisfaction of rural primary school teachers from the six dimensions:work itself?salary and welfare?work environment?development space?management system and interpersonal relationship.This paper reveals the problem of reflection and analyzes the reasons for further analysis,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of rural primary school teachers.This paper selects 270 teachers from 6 rural primary schools in J district of W city in Inner Mongolia and four teachers were selected for the interview.Through the analysis of questionnaire survey,the job satisfaction of rural primary school teachers reflects the following problems:1.The development space of teachers is not enough,and teachers of that non-main section are especially serious;2.Most teachers are under pressure to manage their students and have low job satisfaction;3.Teacher economy income stability is poor,safeguard is insufficient;4.Most rural primary school work environment is not satisfactory;5.School management is not standardized,rewards and punishments and promotion system is unfair;6.Some teachers have poor coordination with students and parents.Through questionnaire survey and interview research,the reasons for the problem of job satisfaction of rural primary school teachers are clarified,which mainly include the following aspects:1.The implementation of relevant policies is not in place and the supervision system is imperfect;2.The management's education concept is biased and the management style is not normative;3.Parents' overall cultural level is low,support is insufficient;4.The development of urban and rural schools lacks unified planning and standards;5.The supporting condition of teacher training and development is insufficient;6.Teachers professional ability and development motivation is insufficient,and has high expectation of work.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of teachers' job satisfaction in rural primary schools,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of rural primary school teachers,mainly including:1.We will strengthen the implementation of relevant policies and improve the supervision system;2.School administrators update education concept and create afair atmosphere for development;3.Many ways to guide parents to participate in education activities to form a school net force;4.We will accelerate the integration of urban and rural schools and improve the working environment and development of teachers;5.Teachers improve self-development initiative and self-consciousness.
