The flow of talents is a very common phenomenon in modern society,which is related to individual,family,unit,society and so on.In recent years,the flow of teachers in rural primary in our country is becoming more and more frequent,and it is mainly from the rural primary and secondary schools to the primary and secondary schools,economically underdeveloped areas to the economically developed areas.This research mainly uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The literature research method mainly collects the domestic and foreign literature about the primary and secondary school teachers' flow in recent years,and combing the relevant literature to their own research on the basis of combing,analysis and induction.Questionnaire survey method mainly selected three representative schools in N Town,W County,Shandong province to investigate the current situation and characteristics of rural primary and secondary school teachers.The interview is mainly to interview the former deputy director of the W County Bureau of education,as well as the head of the personnel department,as well as school leaders and teachers,in order to understand the actual situation from various aspects.This study analyzes the relevant concepts and the historical evolution of rural teachers' flow,so as to make a good theoretical foundation for the study.The study found that the treatment of teachers in rural areas is lower than the city,the rural teachers' social status and recognition is far less than the city,they do not hold optimistic attitude for their school and their future prospects,there is dissatisfaction with many teachers on the teaching environment in schools and school management system.Through the investigation of the W County town of N in several schools analysis found that rural teachers want to flow to city school mainly focuses on the following aspects:one is the low pay,all aspects are not well protected;two is a greater dissatisfaction with the school management system and the construction of soft environment in three aspects;three is the rural teachers' psychological expectations are not well satisfied.Therefore,in order to change the flow of teachers in rural areas,all parties should make efforts to increase investment in rural areas,government investment,enhance the level of economic development,regional balanced allocation of education resources;improve the rural primary and secondary school teachers in all aspects of treatment;the school should improve their management,establish a "people-oriented"management philosophy at the same time;we should also improve the corresponding policies,institutional constraints;strengthen the construction of school culture,enrich campus activities.Hoping that through this paper,to understand the current situation of the flow of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas in China in more detail,and through the analysis of the present situation and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,to provide some reference for scholars in the flow of rural teachers.
